  1. Where’s everyone traveling to next year?

    For me:

Jan 19th - Los Angeles, CA The Forum (seats), Radio show

Mar 2nd - Las Vegas, NV Mandalay Bay Events Center (GA/Floor), Simulation Theory tour

Mar 5nd - San Diego, CA Valley View Casino Center (seats), Simulation Theory tour

    more dates TBA............

  2. Maybe a football stadium (soccer) but not a big stadium. Something like StubHub center in LA for exemple.

LA is Muse largest market in North America, and Matt said he loves the Bowl shaped stadiums the most (Rose Bowl or LA Coliseum) because the sound doesn't float so much as tiered stadiums.

  3. I was wondering if they were going to give Lollapalooza another go next summer after the "weather malfunction" last time.

They did just announce that smaller show at the Aragon in Chicago next month.

Or perhaps LA, Chicago, and NYC will be apart of the 2nd leg of the arena tour in the fall!

  4. People think 78 pounds is a lot? What is that like 120 USD estimating? It's possibly going to be zepp 2 get the fuck out of here. pit tickets for these outdoor NA shows are 2-300 bucks for garbage sets in comparison.

I'd pay 500 bucks plus travel with zero hesitations if this was going on in my country to see a Zepp level setlist.

I was lucky enough to see them at The Mayan show in LA up close, so far I'm going to Red Rock's, Kaaboo (San Diego), and Life Is Beautiful (Vegas) for this tour because goddamn I love seeing this band play live! I know for a lot of people out there in the world who are not fortunate enough to see them play live is a travesty! I wish I was fortunate to bring along those many just to see them live once. I have no idea what my point is, whiskey is a flowing, but Muse are one of the very few bands that I would travel to see play live! Of course the hard core fans want a Zepp/ Psycho tour set ever night, but we live in America!!!! UNFORTUNATELY, main stream radio is fucking drowned and owned by electronic music/beats at this moment! Record labels push bands these days for that "ONE HIT" which in MANNNNNNYYYYYYYYY cases killed SEVERAL amazing bands! Yes, fuck American mainstream radio bullshit! One day i will head to Europe and tour the REAL music festivals over there!

  5. A lot of the pits are really, really small, and we unfortunately don't know how many pit VIP tickets were sold with early access.

The amount of center seats reserved for VIP was astounding, so I don't have a good feeling about those GA numbers being low.

I guess the good news is, for those small pits, it'll all be pretty good views.

wth is up with the "Starlight" package anyways? You get a poster? No early entry, no silly museum... so basically they just wanted to charge double for the good seats and not make them part of the presale?

It was only a matter of time before Muse agreed to sell these cheesy fucking "VIP Packages"!

  6. This is mostly a tour to hit areas they didn't do on the 360 tour, so unless there's an unannounced festival in LA, they are skipping it, according to the band themselves.

Matt's always said that a bucket list venue to headline is The Hollywood Bowl.

  7. You just have to admit, last night and friday night shows were very very very bad.

This whole tour has been a fiasco....the 360 stage configuration is a stupid idea. THey wanna make their own version of the Wall?????!!! Why not come up with something original instead of copying Roger waters......

Last night show was mediocre for the following reasons :

    Stage set up

    Playback tapes

Click track all over the place

    Caput set list

    Low energy Crowd

    Matt lack of showmanship

    Chris didn't sing lead

If felt like a broadway show rather than a rock show

The rolling stones and Paul McCartney take muse to school even in their 70s

Matt's falsetto is over the top......he needs to learn not to over use his falsetto

What do you mean by "click tracking"? I've seen you say this a few times today. I don't know what that is!

  8. For me Muse's best interaction with crowd is playing as good as they can, I'd rather him not saying a single word between songs but give brilliant performance. I think before BHAR/TR they were focused just on giving fans the best musical experience and everyone were happy about it.

Some bands are great with what you are expecting like 30STM, but with Muse it was never like this and I hope it stays this way. Now sometimes it looks like Matt is trying too hard, for what?

With 30STM, Jared Leto barely sings anything these days! Bellamy is LIGHT YEARS AHEAD of Leto as far as anything that has to do with music!

  9. show was caput.

this 360 stage b s is just a gimmik. A lot of playback stuff going on, click track all over the place, show was too short and too much like a " broadway show".

Crowd was lame....... GA crowd was like a cemetery.......low energy just like Jeb Bush. Last night show was more the same, low energy crowd.

Paul mccartney and the ROlling stones concerts are superior shows.

Set list was aweful, and the lenght of the show is totally unaceptable. It's not like that they dont' have enough material to play a 3 hour show like Macca.

    Overall the show was a C +

. I blame the mediocre set lists in the US because of MAINSTREAM RADIO PC POPPY BULLSHIT!!! And on the floor at Staples Center the fucking security kept harassing me about standing one inch over the stupid yellow line! These idiots walk around with flashlights and walkie talkies and act like they work for the secret service! I think I'm over the 360 stage design, let's get back to the old school end stage concept pleaasssseeeee
  10. The show flowed so well no wonder why they don't change much in the setlist! Those visuals for the globalist were amazing And that giant drone/spaceship flying around the arena scared the shit outta me at first! I just happened to look up and it was flying over my head I think I jumped a bit haha! Awesome fucking show these gentlemen put together nonetheless! Can't wait for night 2 tonight, BRING IT THE FUCK ON!!!!!!
