  1. I'm really good at basic maths, but advanced stuff no way. I was pretty good with most subjects at school, but I have no idea how I didn't fail PE/Sport because I never ever participated, except for hockey. I think I'm too much of a klutz, every time I play sports I end up injuring myself.

The town I live in is big enough to be considered a small city, but you really wouldn't know it. In terms of shopping and activity its dead. We have 7 pubs and 2 nightclubs but none of them are any good really. We have an Irish pub here too but for some reason its always full of pervy old men so it's not a very comfortable place to go. We just recently got a new entertainment centre but so far there hasn't been much on there. We have local music nights, and the only other bands that come through are vaguely famous Australian bands because there's just no good venues for them here. We actually have an annual music festival but its badly run and far too expensive for what it is.

  2. A lot of European countries teach English in school don't they? On the flipside we had French, Japanese and Indonesian. I didn't really enjoy any of them though, I would rather have done German or Spanish.

I'm not married, I'm a single mum. I split with my boyfriend when I was 4 months pregnant and we don't see him much at all now. It's sad for my daughter, but I know I'm going to find her a good Dad one day :) And yeah it's a bit difficult to have children without a guy isn't it? I should have waited til I was in a stable relationship, but then again if I did I wouldn't have the perfect little girl I have now, so it's all worked out in the end.

Mmm Wembley, but how are you going to look for anyone in the crowd while Muse are on stage? Won't they be a little distracting lol

  3. I'm not sure where I'd like to move exactly, I've never been to Europe, but I do like the idea of moving to England aswell, lol I've had that joke a few times too about finding an English husband.

I have a very varied family, some from England, Ireland, Germany, New Zealand. I have an English surname though. What subject do you teach? Or is it primary school?

  4. I think its a really interesting language. I'm part German somewhere along the line, I think my great grandmother is German, can't quite remember.

Becoming a mum has really changed me, I've always wanted kids for as long as I can remember so it was a huge turning point for me.

No we don't get a lot of European bands here. I know they often say they love it in Aus, particularly the English bands, but I think we're just too far away. I really want to move to Europe in the future, I can't stand the climate here, so I guess that will put me closer to the action. Wow it would be amazing to see Muse at Wembley, bet you can't wait!!

  5. Ah yes you have very good taste in music :awesome:

I haven't seen Muse live yet, but I'm definitely going to when they come back to Australia at the end of the year. Just have to wait for dates.

Well I did study for a while but I never really finished anything. I had a lot of personal problems for a few years there so I didn't do a lot really. I know a lot of local musicians where I live so I just got drunk and hung around at gigs really lol. Kinda glad to put that behind me now though, I only go out occasionally.

I just noticed you're from Germany, I'd love to learn German just need to find the time lol.

  6. Hey, that's cool, you like Hoodoo lyrics too? They really get to me for some reason. Yeah I love Monty Python, I quote them all the time lol.

No I didn't get to see BDO I think it was only on pay TV

  7. Well we didnt see the awards here, but I saw the New Moon trailer on YouTube, and I thought it was amazing. The scene where Bella was screaming when she was having nightmares gave me shivers. The film comes out 4 days before my birthday so I'm seeing it for my birthday. Cant wait!!
  8. Hey all. I already loved Muse before Twilight, and I saw the movie before I read the books. Now I love the books and the movie. I thought it was really cool that Stephanie Meyer dedicated the books to Muse. You can see where her inspiration came from.
  9. Man I love vegemite. Damn, now you made me want vegemite. *runs to make sandwich*
