The bitching of the fans here has turned me off from Muse.
Good job.
It's more turned me off from this forum than anything. Ive learned to accept that most Muse fans are a bit moody.
-
I don't care about them any more, and I'm definitely not seeing them at Glastonbury
Man it feels good to be free
That's a bit sad, but thats your decision I guess.

I want to know what would happen if this guy:
Spoke to this guy:
After hearing the new song, I have decided enough is enough
He'd probably be incredibly amused.
and enough is enough?
-
Muse fans are a bit overdramatic, though I'm not real sure if thats just controversial or a random fact.
-
Sunburn > Cave > Falling Down > Filip.
Map of The Problematique is what makes the first half of BH&R.
-
Better than any The Resistance track.
It seems a bit boring to me. The Live at BDO in '04 version is pretty sweet, other than that it's just alright. The video is downright terrible though.

Muscle Museum is kinda shit. Even though I still like it, there are way better Muse tracks. Including those on Showbiz.
The NSC generalizations are annoying, even if they are people's "opinions" and whatnot. Also the comparisons to other songs are just as annoying. It's 30 seconds, wait till you can actually hear the entire song.

"Since when do you get what you want by complaining?! You ungrateful little TURD!"
-
I sometimes skip Darkshines.
Here are some of my opinions:
Exogenesis II is the best part, I don't listen to III ever.
I love Endlessly, B & H, Invincible, and Feeling Good
I never really got into Sunburn
and many more...
Also:
Muse are selling out with Twilight
Nah.
Unless they made a song that included lyrics about Bella and Edward and all that shit and called it "The Twilight Song :awesome:" or something. Until then, just no. The term "selling out" is way overused and it's kinda stupid.

Undisclosed Desires is actually a really awesome track, quickly becoming one of my favorites from The Resistance. Probably one of my current favorites out of all their songs too.
-
If only this would be true.
You never know.
-
Eternally Missed isn't all that great, and is my least favorite B-side next to Spiral Static.
-
Most of their songs are based off piano?
I didn't mean that fool, I meant the songs you listed off.
-
Here, I'll say it. MUSE SHOULD NOT TRY TO DO SOFTER, SLOWER SONGS EVER AGAIN.
This is coming from someone who loves Exogenesis, Hoodoo, Blackout, and Ruled By Secrecy. Wow, I'm such an idiot.
...
So what should they do then? You say they should never do "slower" songs, but you list off some of their best songs. Most of them are piano based as well. Not gunna happen.

Shrinking Universe.

The quality of the performances on Hullabaloo are superior to the performances on HAARP.
The live CD though is kinda crap, I dont ever usually listen to it.
-
i don't love you.

Matt's "dance" isn't really much of a "dance"....more of a shuffle. Matt doesn't really dance to begin with. He more jumps, hops, humps, slides, skips, and the lot. With the occaisonal "shuffle" too.
-
He still freaks me out sometimes, but that doesn't make the music worse.
Thoms Glaoming dance > Matt's TiRO dance.
His vooooice.
That dance is pretty ridiculous though, in a purely fantastic way of course.

I've always wondered how do people start crowd surfing. Does one just decide to do it, then jumps on top of some random person beside them and yells "I'M CROWD SURFING, NOW CARRY ME BIOTCH :awesome:"?
This is probably such a n00b question, but the only time I've actually seen crowd surfing was at Muse and I wasn't in the pit
Well
A. You have to become friends with those around you.
B. You must confide in these newfound friends, and inquire if said friends are alright with the avdventure you are about to embark on.
C. Once everyone is in mutual agreement, you prepare yourself, they hoist you up, and ta da....you are crowd surfing.
Thats the best way to do it, though sometimes people just go insane and jump on people. Which usually results in them getting dropped.

Supermassive Black Hole on the radio, which surprised me. The fact they played something other than songs from The Resistance is surprising to me.
-
Starlight at Toni & Guy where my friend works. They also played MGMT too, was a bit weird.
-
Deftones - Hole In The Earth
Them Crooked Vultures - Gunman
Thrice - All The World Is Mad
I could see Muse having fun with the 2nd song, especially Chris. The other two just sounds like songs they'd do, and id enjoy listening to a cover version of.

Where have you heard Muse?
