    Okay so after listening to it with headphones and a good volume this has gone up to 8/10. First I thought the ending was terrible but now it kind of clicked. It's actually quite nice.

    The solo's actually pretty nice. I'd really wish Matt would stopd using his Fuzz tone in almost every guitar solo though. It's like he's using it to mask sloppiness in his technique.

    The verses remind me of B-side stuff Muse did during Showbiz. Sounds... empty? And I hate the effect on the bass there.

    I think Drones (song) is actually pretty good. Not as good as a lot of other Gregorian pieces but very nice harmonies. Might be just because I sing a requiem in a choir every year though.

    So, so disappointing that the heavy stuff is so short. As soon as that Instagram riff kicks in over the 7-string riff it is one of the most epic moments Muse have done, and they end it after what, 20 seconds?? What the fuck.

    Too repetitive and the short breaks during the choruses get boring/annoying. Riff and solo are good but yeah, they feel wasted.

    I still find the bridge hugely underwelming. I feel like they should have done something heavier there, not something quieter.

    I'm now watching the Radio 1 Big Weekend performance and I have to say Matt's vocals really sound like a struggle. He has trouble hitting the notes of the choruses of Hysteria and TiRo but also the falsetto sounds a lot weaker. You guys think he just had a bad day?
