I'm not really an album buyer, so for me, it's really dependent on how much a band catches me with the songs I can hear on the radio so that I feel compelled to find more online. If it's a band I am not familiar with, I only buy the album if I know from the start that I like at least 2 or 3 songs off it And although I do like SMBH, I wouldn't be interested in a band that always sounded like that, so it wouldn't have been anywhere near enough to get me to consider that Muse was actually a rock band!
I'm trying not to be too worried, but like I think I said somewhere, this isn't a new line of thinking that popped into my head suddenly this afternoon. It's something I've been thinking/worried about for a while now and that thread was just the catalyst needed to set me off I really don't like Adam Lambert

someone posted a thread about it after it was announced on DC101 and I was like Can't wait!

i saw this message but forgot to respond to it - i had a lot of fun in that thread And yeah, I think it was a good first thread ever
What you have to know is that there was a new user (who has since gotten a name change and mellowed out) who was asking all these random questions in thread titles and then was saying some variation of "Just answer the question" in the text. So it was like "What's the address of Matt's old apartment in london? ..... Just answer the question" It almost seemed like trolling, but it was just a n00b who didn't know what they were doing.
But anyway, that's what inspired me to make the random thread For teh lulz

I'm using an old version of adobe imageready, but it's not free I know I've seen people mention free ones, but I don't know anything specific. Sorry!

So you were able to fix it? yay!
btw you shouldn't need to go advanced to get the fix to take, it's just that whenever you edit a post with spoilers they will look wacky to you at first but they'll look ok to everyone else and will be fixed for you when you see it later (but going advanced is good if you want to preview it to make sure things are working!)

The
[ /hidden] (w/o spaces) is how you get the hidden content. The same thing with "spoiler" instead makes it say it's a spoiler.
One thing to note - if you edit a post with a hidden/spoiler box without going advanced (so it does it right there in the box that pops up over your post), it'll open the spoiler and you won't be able to close it unless you refresh the page... so I don't know if that might have anything to do with your problem.....?
