Two slightly used knobs. These aren't Mansons, but they are pretty close... I think I got them from Phill several years ago. Not sure what type of pots they fit, but I imagine CTS, since Phill only buys quality pot
entiometers.
Looking to get £15 shipped
also got an unused 7 string black covered BKP juggernaut if anyone's interested. dual rows of nickel allen bolt pole pieces too... buy it because it looks nice
I'll take these

If Muse are on later in the day, then I won't be able to as I have to be ready to leave the next day.
Or should I just go for the atmosphere
sherpa_man is going to be there too, so there's definitely going to be some heavier stuff.
9pm start I think
-
Just go to bloody Download
We can dissect TOANZ
-
Going to Download James? I'll buy you a beer if you do
-
Danger, James. Tread carefully talking about the bru.
I think you mean: why does chewing gum taste like Irn Bru.
Should have known you were a fellow Scot with a name like Macaroon....why havent I noticed this before!
-
I've just been in tescos and bought some irn bru. Why does it taste like chewing gum?
Also bought out the entire junk food aisle
Choose your words carefully regarding Irn Bru.
Surprised you found it down there, its a "novelty" drink.
It's made from girders, dont you know

"Please don't leave us Scotland! We love you!"
"But fuck off you still can't use your currency here. Smelly northerner"
To think, I voted no too. Fuckers
-
"enit"
Also, I found close to ten american coins in my change... and I didn't bring these with me. I was carrying this heavy currency around with me for no reason.
Think I'm going to rough trade east today.
Ask for a Scottish fiver and take a photo of their expression thereafter

"what a ledge m8"
-
Did you go with a total ledge?
Or meet the Archbishop of Banterbury?
-
Not really at all
On a side note, I should learn the differences between these coins... paid for £10.05 with £15.
Could be worse, could hand them a Scottish note, cos we're a fucking foreign country dahhn saaaath

Bands such as Rush change tempos all the time in their tracks, I swear Muse are turning into the British version of them. They've done a couple of multi part songs, feature loads of falsetto and now have an album that is terribly mixed/mastered.
Matt was DEFINITELY using a whammy pedal during the Big Weekend.
He was during the second part of the solo.
Not during the second tapping section, or the first part of the solo. The whammy flourishes were happening and he wasnt near his board.
-
whammy control could be done offstage by a tech
May explain why its out of time occasionally live (weenie roast for example)
-
That guitar is a part of K&T history
Was he not able to find the other one that hooglebug completely built from the ground up?
Dont think he looked tbh, i loved that guitar too.
Here it is at present, hes planning on putting an Aftermath in the bridge. T'was a Warpig but the guy took it oot
-
I believe sam has just bought back the barnettcaster that Hooglebug saved

harshness mod? I had the mainboard replaced in mine, but otherwise it's stock and sounds great. Only thing I don't like is how the EQ needs to be tweaked between the two channels (green channel has loads more low end than red channel)
Just a bright cap mod of some kind to smooth out the ovd a bit. I'd never heard of it either, but it does sound bloody good.
Once I get it i'll pop it open and take gutshots
-
oh shit. any idea what year it is?
Post 2000, but had the harshness mod & valve heating mods done, so hopefully a bit more reliable than some.
Getting it for a song, so no complaints
-
DSL50 incoming
-
more dom
the tapping bit sounds sad
Esparoba??
-
Not gonna lie, I'm loving Revolt. Utter cheese....
-
An actual p90?
-
Theres a synth playing some kind of arabic lead-line in the background of the Freedom riff at the end.
Live, Bellamy plays it briefly on guitar just before the riff starts

I had a great discussion in the Drones thread yesterday about...the end of Reapers
My thought: feedback / sustainer and just pulls, the other person suggested playing with the whammy DT knobs... your thoughts?
Sustainer, no whammy there at all.
The DT knobs dont really do anything like those noises
