Helloo! Aww thanks for asking . During the first week of uni, we only have our lectures. No tutes or labs yet, so its pretty relaxed I guess... UNTIL NOWWWW!! I was assigned a lab project due in 2 weeks already. and its only Monday. I'm also a bit behind in lectures as my brain is super rusty from being on holiday for the past 7 months so I gotta do some revising I guess... ah well. How's you? In fact, how's everyone?

Because my parents want to avoid the jam this year and its not really tradition for us to balik kampung anyway. We used to do it a lot but since my parents are from opposite ends of Malaysia (ie Penang and Johor).. a bit hard la I think Penang drivers are horrid. No offence to penang-ers la, but then again my dad is from penang so i'm half penang-er but yeah, they always say if you can survive driving in Penang, you can survive aaaanythiiiing. The roads are damn narrow, everyone drives like a maniac, its just.. crazy. and I'm sure the hot weather makes everyone more flustered and frustrated! I dunno why its always DAMN HOT around Ayer Itam.. Uncompatible with the legendary Asam Laksa store there Omg! You're mel_wood?!? Do you remember seeing a blog about a girl going for Muse in singapore back in 2007?? you left a comment and she emailed you... THATS MEEEE!!! LOL!! I just found the email again to double check whether its you or not small world eh! I hope you know what i'm talking about Thats the MOTP vid Incomplete Resistance video aaaand... my epic up close and personal Kris Allen video took me about an hour ++ to upload all these videos damn slow. lol btw nut!! when did you order those Muse tees? I was browsing around the store too, because I really wanted to get that tote bag. It costs 10 pounds... and the friggin postage costs another 10 pounds wtf! So I'm still contemplating getting it haha, but anyway I wanted to ask how long did the postage take to reach your office? and can we see your tees please!

Lol yeah the roads are very quiet today. I feel tempted to take a drive, but I'm still a n00b driver so maybe not Happy Chinese New Year everyone!! Nah he didnt. Thank God hahaha. He sang Heartless(+Gangsta's Paradise, its a great mash-up!) and Come Together! Those were the only 2 songs from his American Idol days. The rest were from his current record which I have been listening to a lot lately beh tahan la. I'm so smitten by him hahha. I've already blogged about my Muse experience btw, complete with videos and pictures and lots and lots of words! Going to blog about my entire singapore trip and kris allen gig soon ehheh On another note, CNY is coming up!! anyone gonna balik kampung?

ahahah I want to hear the sunburn audio!! you can send the raw material just to me I want to relive the entire experience I only took 2 videos, before my memory card ran out of space (grrrr). One complete video of MOTP and a super incomplete video of Resistance. Its quite decent actually, audio is good but the video cant seem to focus. I think its because we were jumping a lot and the angle is a bit awkward since i put the camera on the floor to take the video so yeah... I'll upload it onto youtube soon! I've already transferred it to my computer today. ehheh. I havent seen victor's video yet Sleaze? oooh in what way? details please woman! nothing wrong with him staring haha. he was just checking you out. I'd be flattered Its alright its the thought that counts haha. ---------------- I just got home from the Kris Allen showcase btw. uber mega guilty pleasure la ahhahha. I unleashed the inner fangirl in me when he was literally less than a meter away from me!! I was right at the front. Its so ironic, the first time i'm ever right at the front in a show is at Kris Allen ahahahaha!! And yeah, he was REALLY near me, and my. god. he is so good looking. Finest piece of Caucasian man I've seen in real life. I mean it. Pictures dont do him justice. I just kept.. staring at him.. wow. He played about 9 songs, my friend actually took the setlist home! Kris personally gave it to her . Jealous. But she was the one who scored passes for us so I still love her to bits I dunno why I'm typing all this here haha. If anybody is interested, I shall post pictures!

Even though the manager lied to you? i was still feeling pretty touched haha. You have no idea how close I was to speaking with them on the phone about 3 years ago, and I was pretty gutted I couldnt speak to them. So getting your call and hearing a man's voice in the background got me a bit excited for awhile haha! btw, wow guys we're on our 500th page!

I hope they play MK Ultra.. seriously :'( and I cant believe I'm actually gonna lose my singapore virginity! I actually took a little pride in saying "I've never been to singapore before" last time because its like.. I was the only one. and now I'm gonna be like every other malaysian but oh well! Its for Muse. It will be worth it I hope they decide to ride the Luge on Wednesday at Sentosa maybe I can bump into them hahahaha.... yeah right See you guys after the gig! I hope we can meet up!

oh my gosh liz, you are epic for one thing, i know that they tend to post their flight-related tweet pics a bit late. Once they posted a pic of the view from their airplane, the picture of the sky was in the afternoon but the time they posted it up would've been night time. So maybe that most recent twitpic they posted was also a few hours late?

Here's my itinerary! (liz, think of this as a reply to your tweet haha ) Arriving on Feb 2nd (tomorrow! ) at about 12pm-ish? gonna have lunch at Changi airport itself and gonna check in our hostel after that. Wash up and we're heading straight to Orchard Road for some sight seeing and shopping! I CANT WAIT TO CHECK OUT THE 3-STOREY HMV STORE omg. and Kinokuniya. And La Senza (just to compare it to the malaysian one ), and that MOS burger, and everything! Then on the 3rd of Feb, we'll be heading to Sentosa island to ride that Luge (thanks to you boarders who hyped it up so much haha), and then we'll be heading to Bugis street to do a little shopping! Have an early dinner at about 5-ish? and then head to the stadium to rock out to the little piece of awesome I like to call Muse Hopefully we can meet up with you guys! I dont know about walking to The Hive from the stadium though, its quite far I reckon. What do you guys think? Our hostel is at the Boon Keng MRT. Then on the 4th, we'll be having brunch with Liz and her friend (you guys wanna join us too? ) at Ikea for some nom swedish meatballs! Maybe re-enact some scenes from 500 Days of Summer and then I have to catch my flight back to KL, which is departing at 5.10pm i think.

Damn it singapore why must you be so maju :'( Liz, AWWWWH B14?!?! I'm at B16 soo clooose yet so faaaarrrr. sigh. But I want to meet up with you guys and hang out a bit la, and perve over Dom and Matt if thats okay. ehheh. and yeah I reckon sending your Andrew Bird tickets via posexpress would be real quick. I know for posexpress within m'sia, you can receive your parcel on the next day . but for overseas i think 2 days tops la, but i'm not sure about the price.

I dont get why they decided to ditch Asia to just lepak at Australia instead and Nut, thanks for giving us singapore-virgins a huge explanation on where to go as tourists! I really want to visit all the places you mentioned la, lol. I hope 3 days and 2 nights is enough time to be a full on tourist . Also, are there any erm.. Maybank ATM machines? or do you accept visa debit card? damn n00b question, i know, but I'm quite clueless as to how to get access to money overseas in case i dont have enough cash.

@Lyalshak, wow its your first gig? bad idea to make muse your first gig ever la. then nothing can top off their awesomeness but yeah, if your seats are numbered, you can actually tour around Singapore and jalan jalan before the gig. dont have to line up since your seats are already reserved for you I'm gonna do the same thing with my friend! Since I've never been to singapore before ehheh. Nut any recommendations on which places a singapore virgin should visit? Noor, aww what happened?? :( any way you can convince your parents (i'm assuming you cant go becuase they suddenly dont let you go) to let you go?

But eh srsly liz, kak faz and everyone else who cant make it, TRY AND COME FOR THE SG GIG!! the more the merrier and I'm staying at The Hive, near Boon Kheng MRT. Its a nice quaint hostel whee. Just my two cents, I believe Beyonce cancelled her first concert and decided to perform in Jakarta because PAS was being anal about her outfits. Then for her second gig, she cancelled her entire ASIAN tour, not just Malaysia. That one, I have no idea why. Maybe because she was just having a diva moment? Or because she was really busy I guess.. I remember watching her perform at a lot of awards (VMA's and AMA's I think) at that time, really superbly may I add, so maybe she had no time to rehearse or plan her Asian tour properly? And as for Gwen Stefani, PAS did make a huge fuss. But she compromised because she is so sweet, by wearing long pants, and also because her husband's stepmom is Malaysian or something like that. As for Rihanna.. erm, face problem. LOL. Literally. Because Chris Brown .. well, you know. Avril Lavigne also got lotsa shit from PAS, but she still came anyway, saying 'she's coming for the fans'. I'm willing to bet lotsa money that thats going to be the last time Avril steps into Malaysia. But here's the thing though, PAS and UMNO or whatever political party only have a problem with female performers because they show lotsa skin and dance really.. erm... sexily. They dont usually have much problems with male artists or bands, so I dont think they would make a big fuss about Muse coming either? They never did, anyway. Just my two cents And miele does that Betelbox place have any private rooms? Lol. My friend doesnt want to stay in a male dorm room alone haha, and I dont want to stay in a mixed dorm room because I'm quite a light sleeper and I cant tahan men snoring *diva*
