TrebleRose689 Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 I ordered some stuff from the .mu shop about 2 weeks ago and was accidentally charged twice on my credit card account (and it wasn't cheap... $80!) I've e-mailed the "shop support" e-mail address TWICE about this problem over the past two weeks and have still heard nothing. The stuff I ordered already came in the mail, but I still haven't heard back from them. This is really upsetting me because $80 is a lot of money (to me) and they seem to be completely ignoring my e-mails (which I feel were very kindly worded). Is there a phone number or alternate e-mail I could try to contact? I really need that $80 back! Thank you
Olly. Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 There has been a system server error for the email accounts for a while so there will be a delay in response due to a build up of emails, all emails do get looked at though.
