I'm going for the MBK-2, FSK-401 set up
With those 2 upgrades it'd still cost under £1000 which is really tempting.
-
Do Mansons set them up?
According to their website they're set up and inspected by the same techs that produce all the other MB series guitars.
-
I reckon a few of these will be smahed on the next tour.
Looks like there's no option to get a sustainer in one though
Are Cort guitars good? Don't think I've ever played one but they must be fairly decent if Mansons have licensed the MB shape to them
-
If you've not got the Absolution tour DVD I highly recommend that.
-
It looks like they've watermarked this picture from musewiki as if it's one of their necks

Still a few more pedals I want to buy but I'm happy with how it is just now

-1 oct harmony
I meant to type -1

Looking to get the sort of synthy sound for the MK Ultra intro since I've started playing it again. Just now I use a bit of delay and +1 oct harmony but it's not as close as I'd like. Any suggestions?

Still one of their most underrated songs, imo.

I used to play it with the -1 oct setting which worked fairly well doing it manually. Not as accurate as using the MIDI file though
-
It's so much fun playing this without having to mess about with the treadle on the whammy
-
Yaaas, I got it working. Had to change the MIDI output channel to 11. Not sure yet if it all works properly on a Whammy 4 without editing anything (Dominic wrote it for a Whammy 5 didn't he?)
In the 8 years I've been playing this is the first time I've done and MIDI stuff so I'm slightly clueless
-
Thanks for the file, Dominic.
I've got it loaded in Cubase and my Whammy is connected with the Roland MIDI to USB interface but I cant figure out how to actually get Cubase to control the Whammy
-
Anyone got a MIDI file for this that works with Cubase and Whammy IV? The links to MIDI files that were posted in here before aren't working

I'd forgotten how good Endlessly is

Megalomania from RAH doesn't sound autotuned. No live performance that I've heard of it is on par with the album version vocal wise
-
Absolution Tour and HAARP. OOS at R&L would be brilliant if it wasn't for the 360 app being pretty crap
-
I use Cubase for what little recording I do. Got it free with a Zoom pedal years ago

Soulwax's remix of Muscle Museum is really good

I wanted it to be Futurism so this is excellent.
