I'm not criticizing Dom for purchasing "cheap" gear - he said himself he bought it cheap. I have a ton of secondhand stuff, I'm just suggesting that he shouldn't be surprised if it isn't working right, especially if he bought it that way. Maybe he isn't angry, but maybe he should expect some issues with it. All I'm saying.
When did he ever say that he wasn't expecting any issues? Or that he was surprised?

You absolutely have a choice. Don't buy broken gear. It's dumbass's like you that HAVE to have something that you really don't and you can't afford and buy it anyway. It's called personal responsibility.
If your jealous of someone's money, grow the fuck up first, then get a job. If you have a job then be smart, budget your money until you can afford the gear you "need".

What strange is you say it's muse-y yet the name is a hint to it's inspiration I don't actually play piano so everything I know is from experimentation. I will try to spice up the middle a bit though. I guess there's a Zimmer hint too. Muse just came to mind, especially in the verse

I like it, although it is very Musey. And apart from the end it really does stick around that same group of notes... It could maybe do with something to freshen it up in the middle, that puts your own staple onto it too?

it's pretty cool, and incredibly loud...lots of different sounds available, although the fuzz control doesn't really change the sound until it's at about 3 o clock. will do a demo shortly.
also....
3 piece maple neck, but it still sounds like a great LP to me.
plus the headstock is less likely to break off

I liked the way it sounded better. I had to toggle the whammy for the octave effect also and I thought it'd be easier overall. I think Matt does it all on one track for the actual song.
But it's not that hard to turn a Whammy on and off
