Just copy and paste the page url that needs refreshing there, select the number of seconds and click start. I've tested it out on Ebay and it seems to works at least as far as keeping the correct timing for the auction's end (so it must be doing something right, I hope).

I don't know.... I was just reading Dom's page last night and understood what people were doing there. It seems to be working too, he's at 8.12 all of a sudden.
