No fair I was there for two weeks and RAIN MOST OF THE TIME. I also remember being devastated that my train pass wouldn't work because I got chocolate on it. I did go to circular quay, that's when I got chocolate on my pass. Fucking gelato.

Not as bad as when I was in Melbourne! Summer there this year was absolute crap, Melbourne was mid-30s though I know Sydney itself has way more shops than where I was, but it was really crap the whole time so I only went into the city once

There is more, but I didn't really bother looking around the township. I got into Sydney really late when I flew over so I didn't really have time to stop and admire, and when I went to the IGA the next day it was so fucking hot I just wanted to go back to the aircon then it was miserable for the rest of the trip

Oh, did you want me to be more specific than north Sydney? they live in Wahroonga which is in the northern suburbs but there's some specific area they're in. Anyway, it's snobby and expensive.

I'd be moving in with my aunty and uncle so I know it's nice they live in a reeeeeeally snobby area. I think there's about three private schools within very close proximity of each other...

Oh I know exactly where I'd be moving to, I'll be in north Sydney. It's about a 20 minute train from where I'd be to the middle of the city I do believe.

It's both good and sucky. Nothing's set in stone yet but it'd probably be late July.

I know! It's such a bloody contrast. Going from near negative temperatures to late 20s I'll probably just melt when I step out of the plane, not a worry but yeah, it's just a holiday seeing dad's got a conference over there so my parents said they'd pay for one more trip for me! I've had some friend drama tonight so I can only start my assignment now, ack. I'll have no choice but to be up all night by the looks of it

All is well on my end, I'm just doing some work before I go to Rarotonga on Friday! I was in Wellington on Sunday when the sleet started falling actually, we were caught standing in it uni's good though, just putting off doing my assignment... I have no choice but to do it before I leave even though it's due next week

It's not so much that I can't do it mentally (I'm clever enough to pass papers, even if I do scrape it), it's just I'm not in the greatest of positions right now with where I live, and a few other irrelevant things only 4 more weeks though and then this will all be over and things will start getting better.

I'm not really enjoying uni that much yet but it should get better as the year goes on... I'm not actually from Palmy (I'm from a town about half an hour away), so I don't really know any proper Palmy people I only know people in Weir, Cumberland, McKenzies and the Cube.

Ah, cool! I'm up at Massey in Palmy doing geography, but I should be going down to Vic half way through next year. His name is Rory, he stays at one of the uStay hostels if that helps at all I know a few people down there (in fact, I was there last weekend)
