I don't think I know of a band just uploading 14 videos to YouTube at once, each with custom vids that fully embrace the aesthetic. Top work.

I think that this password change is how you can access your code; I sadly cannot confirm as my account was on my old address and I cannot access that anymore
Failed to recognise my e-mail so I'm guessing I've got the same problem.
Maybe a new one will have to rock up. But I'm guessing that wouldn't work for these purposes.

I was at the Radio X In Conversation with Muse last night. Matt spoke about how the fans seemed to hate Stockholm Syndrome at first and how there seems to be a pattern of fans not liking stuff but then mellowing to it years later. I'm a long time lurker on the board and pop my head up to post now and again. I'd also be up for sending some thanks in Muse's direction. Had an amazing time at the interview last night. Got front row seats and my first few listens of the new album there. The guys were in great spirits. Don't think I've ever loved them more.I remember the Stockholm Syndrome hate. People thought it was too similar to OoS.
Really? I thought it was Time is Running Out that was the song from Absolution that got the most hate at the time.

Damn, did anyone else see that Matt's studio (where he wrote and recorded ST) has just burnt down.
CORRECTION: Almost burnt down, probably damaged as fuck, a helicopter saved it.
Phew, thank god. Still a big shame though, feels sad knowing the ‘home’ of an album I’ve really taken to has potentially been ruined. I’d imagine even worse for Matt.Yeah saw that. Pretty rough. Sounds like there was a huge wildfire in that area of Los Angeles yesterday, which is pretty awful to read about.
Helicopter looked pretty dramatic.
Something I find sad is that I think this album might be their first since OoS to not top the UK album charts. Both Imagine Dragons (ew) and Olly Murs (more ew) released albums today. A shame considering this is the first one since TR that deserves itWould've thought Olly Murs was the bigger challenge in the UK market. But then I don't really know how big Imagine Dragons are.
Tbf 6 straight albums in at the top at #1 is a very good run.

Only just got to the AR version... really impressed. The sparseness was really well done.

For that matter I'm still not sure what the prices will be for the UK dates, but as the UK shows were more expensive on the last tour, I'm expecting something similar last time. Maybe equivalent to 10-15 Euro on the Prague price. Although it did seem odd that Ticketmaster listed the London Stadium gig as cancelled when I tried to look them up.

Also on drums.
That too.
Don't ruin this song for meTbf it does something a lot more interesting than wash that bass/drum pattern in power-ballad synths.

Big in-depth interview with all 3 members talking to Mark Beaumont was in The Independent earlier: https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/music/features/muse-interview-matt-bellamy-simulation-theory-tracklist-tour-kate-hudson-brexit-a8625896.html

A Vans Warped Tour song if it took place in the 80s.
Probably the most accurate review.
-
Probably my favourite of the non-singles, or at least joint with Algorithm. Love the percussion part and the vocal delivery.
-
The drum track in the marching band version is pretty great.
-
Strangely thought of Abba's Money Money Money when I first heard this in a tired haze late last night.
Second listen is positive enough.
-
Is it just me who hears a bit of Guiding Light to the bass part?

Dead Star / Micro Cuts / Hyper Music seems to be quite a logical set. You can chuck in any number of other drop-D songs as well, tbh.
From what it seems to read, the drop-D/heavy riff oriented medley seems to be where they're going with this as a starting point.
-
Though I'd wait until it appeared on Spotify. Having to play at low volume as my ears still don't feel good, but on a first, half-tired listen, Algorithm and Break It To Me sound very good. Propaganda is very... puzzling.

What do you mean you've never seen Blade Runner?
Who you gonna call? The Martini Police!
-
There are changes coming.
Fair play.
Have had a look on the site and the new version is displaying for me.
-
Apparently Matt mentioned in the Radio X thing tonight that they may do medleys of older songs as part of the tour. Saw stuff about it on Facebook & the sub-Reddit while doing a usual lurk.
Not sure how I feel about that tbh.

Might slowly be rolling out. But, for me (and you) it's also officially the 9th.
Will there be a forum re-design as part of this?
-
Oh my God!
Am I the only one who have not listened to the album yet? I read all your comments and I'm really excited!
I haven't either. Should be good.
I also didn't know YouTube now had a premiere placeholder... cheeky buggers.

Is this going to be at the amphitheatre located at COTA like the Austin gig last year?
-
That stage layout has a very 8-bit look to it.

Not that I'm aware.
I'm expecting higher than the £78 my GA ticket cost for the O2 show on the Drones Tour.
