  1. I don't get it, the Belgian pre-sale started and it only tells me there isn't any option available for 4 tickets.

This is the first time I can't order tickets through this system, is there a maximum amount reserved or something? :/

  2. What? Are you going to tell me the mass of the people is a intelligent, selective and charming bunch?

One day you're going to grow up and realize humanity consists of individuals.

I'd rather befriend someone who listens to pop music for fun than a wanker who thinks he's a superior lifeform because he prefers a different set of notes.

  3. Uh what?

    1. Do you even know what Muse's roots are?

    2. Which other songs on the album sounds like Dead Inside? Psycho is obviously sonically quite similar to songs like The Handler, Reapers and the heavy part of The Globalist.

And since you're obviously gonna disagree, let me save you the trouble of making a stupid post: Psycho is a 3-piece rock song based on a riff written back in 1999. Mercy is similar to Starlight and Stockholm Syndrome, and Matt specifically said the album sounded like something between Abso and BH&R. The Handler and Reapers are obviously typical Muse rock songs, and one of them even references lyrics to Showbiz. The Globalist is Matt's attempt at a prequel to a song written in 2001. Obviously most of us agreee they're not very similar, but it's clearly an attempt at returning to their roots.

Revolt is a pop-rock track with some similarities to Showbiz

Muse made it very clear from the start that it was about returning to their 3-piece based sound and going away from the synth- and orchestral dominated sound, which was exactly what they did.

  4. even with 2/3 minutes off to rest while Chris and Dom soundtrack members of Kasabian breakdancing and being thrown off stage.

Serge had a great evening at Werchter it seems, first he was at the barriers of Die Antwoord and then decided to do a breakdance during the Drum and Bass jam.

I even enjoyed Madness here, it all just sounded great. Dead Inside and Mercy are also massive live.

And yeah, I couldn't care less about the MC vocals sounding a bit off.

  5. "The point being what you consider to be a setlist 'rarity' is very dependant on the era in which you were first introduced to muse"

...can you not read? as i said, it was only my 2 cents, not "IM RIGHT YOUR ALL MORONS" speil was it now...

    Chill the fuck out.

Songs that have been played live rarely for the last few years are what I consider rarities. Doesn't matter if they were regulars 15 years ago. I've seen them live every time they were here since 2007 and this is the first time I got Citizen Erased, Micro Cuts, Uno and Apocalypse Please.

  6. 2 cents:

Seeing the numerous people above commenting on how theyve seen muse 8/9/10 times and never seen bliss or CE, and then looking at their sig and their first gig was in 2011, its not that surprisingly really is it. These songs came out a decade before your first gig, so as long as youve known muse these songs have not been regular fixtures. Whereas those of us brought up in either the Abso, OoS or before (lucky fuckers) eras, then these songs are as normal to us as starlight is common now, despite them being played less now. Thats not to say I wouldn't go "ahh citizen erased! classs!' at a gig if they played it, but I wouldnt be spazzing out as if theyve just decided to play spiral static or futurism. The point being what you consider to be a setlist 'rarity' is very dependant on the era of muse to which you were first introduced i think.

    ...Your point being?

  7. I just couldn't believe it when Matt said he was going to play a song from OoS, hearing Micro Cuts live is something I never expected to happen.

Then he says they're going to play a song from Showbiz, at that point it was already the best Muse gig I've ever seen.

And then he pulls out the 7-string.

I shed tears of happiness, I still can't believe it. And there is a pro-shot!
