Hey there, sounds like a good idea, but how would you define a powerhouse? For example, in qualifying for MSWC, Map of the Problematique did better than Knights of Cydonia, the eventual winner. So coming into the tournament, MOTP was a seeded (powerhouse) song, wheras Knights surprsingly wasn't. I am considering holding a title in a few months such as an OOS cup, with all the origin songs and Origin B-Sides.

I really like the idea, maybe as a knockout tournament as personally I want to save the MSWC format for at least every 2 years! But again, it isn't up to me how you want to do it! It feels like a while since we have had a pure knockout tournament though!

Perhaps you could say, remove the singles from the tournament (although that would leave CE with no real competition I guess)

Nah it was a draw including duplicate accounts. The official score was Knights 118, Stockholm 110.

There were 9 fraudulent votes for Stockholm Syndrome, and 1 fraudulent vote for Knights of Cydonia detected, which were deducted from the score of 119-119 that is displayed on the poll, as that score still includes the fraud votes.

As you are probably aware, I have been running the Muse Song World Cup for the Last few Months. The Final is currently in progress, and there is evidence of users creating multiple accounts to bias the results. As far as I am aware, creating multiple accounts is not permitted on the boards. Anyway, the list of usernames used below believed to be multiple accounts.

If you watch at the voters you can see there are voters called Sto, Stoc, Stock, Stockho, Stockholm Sy, Stockholm Syn, Stockholm Synd, Stockholm Syndr, Stockholm Syndrom. They all joined the boards on the same date; May 2, 2010, and their last activity was between today 06:22 PM and today 06:26 PM except Sto. All have voted for Stockholm Syndrome in what appears to be organised vote-rigging.

If it is possible I think these accounts should be barred, and also have 9 votes deducted from Stockholm Syndrome in the poll.
