I'm not actually sure what a grounding plate is - if you're asking how it's ground, it's the same way as a tune o matic. I can't explain it well, but...you basically have a wire touching the bottom of the post, and that has to go through the body to the control cavity. hopefully that made sense

I found a list of diezel dealers in the US. To be honest I'm fed up of the Marshall 6100s breaking down, so I'm fairly sure I'm selling all but one (I needz backup) and buying a VH4. But yeah, got to find the cheapest dealer.
