Some of these are absolutely amazing... it's making me depressed knowing I'll never own them :'(
If anyone has any they want to sell, drop me a PM - I'll happily buy! Not fussed about size etc. I don't currently have anything to trade, but as I say I'm willing to pay. My Muse t-shirt obsession knows no bounds
-
Hi musers I'm looking to buy muse tshirts too, man S, M and L sizes, if you have some you don't want anymore or don't use, pm me please
Same! Hehe, we're going around all the Muse communities begging for tees. Please post pics of any you want to sell. Thanks!

How did I miss this thread
I've been begging people to post pics in the 'News' thread.
These are the two I managed to get:
Looks like they had plenty of the black one for girls and guys I do love it, though.
I'm still so upset I missed out on getting more of these - honestly would have bought them all but they sold out the same day! Asked the pathetic .mu shop but they know nothing
Any more, please post pics!
-
all gone the next day!
i'll buy a women's small or any sized shirt with the DESTROY DEMONOCRACY artwork from anyone who's not satisfied with their purchases.
sorry hyper_chondriac_muser, I don't mean to detract attention away from your post. just gutted that I didn't take advantage of the sale! all the designs are ace.
No worries I know the feeling - glad I was able to get a couple, but would have loved to own them all.
Anyone else who receives theirs, please post pics so we can see how many different styles there are. Thanks!
-
Can barely hear any singing - just very loud instruments! It was like that at the gig itself, to be honest - at one point I saw Chris turn around to one of the tech guys in the middle of Madness and mouth 'more vocal' to him cos the instruments were drowning Matt out, lol.
Loved being in the Horse Guards venue, and the gig was fun, but as is typical of a 'free gig' the crowd was shite and really dead - and I was second row from the front!
-
That looks awesome! I got my two, which are pretty cool, but I'm SO gutted I missed out on getting more. Seems like girls and guys are totally different as well
Anyone who ordered a sample sale tee, could you please post a pic like Wingus has - I'm trying to find out how many different styles/designs there are from people's photos seeing as the .mu shop support is typically rubbish and claims not to know anything about the products.
So far, most people's - including mine - have been T2L t-shirts, not 'archived' like they said, and only one I've seen has been from the pic they posted on the shop!
My hopes of collecting all these sample sale is quickly slipping away... I don't see them restocking any :'(

Gonna be well knackered after coming from Manchester gig straight to this gig, but it'll be worth it! Still surprised tickets have been selling every day by the sounds of it - I thought it would be a fight to the death on Tuesday! Anyways, see ya there
-
THANK YOUUUU to the person who first shared the link via The Sun - you legend! Just got tickets! :D :D I was getting so panicked but I'm ecstatic to be going to this. Thanks sososososo much!!

Anyone who bought ANY Sample Sale t-shirts: if, when they arrive, you realise they're not the right size or you just don't want it/them for whatever reason, PLEASE PM me - I'll happily buy off you, whatever size, whatever t-shirt, whatever price (well, within reason). Thank you!

Last time I did this was years ago, so it's much fuller now I'll have to update next weekend, too, after Manchester and hopefully WWZ gig!

I think it there was to be a film premiere at the gig, they would have said that. No it will just be standing around with recorded music playing most probably.
It makes no sense to let us in two hours before just to stand around, though. The only reason they're even doing a one-off gig is for the premiere of this movie, so I'd expect there'd be something, anything linking to it. Otherwise it's just a random gig that happens to be on after some premiere.
-
Wonder if we'll get to watch the film or something before they come on... Can't see why doors would open at 7, if last entry is 9, and there's nothing to do there...
It'd be a bit pointless to have us all just standing around for 2 hours with nothing to watch or anything.
I just posted that in the other thread, but I've just had a thought: the gig is happening right after the world premiere of the film and is being held especially FOR the premiere of the film, so we might have a screen showing us the premiere at Leicester Square, and the people at L Square, in turn, will have a screen to watch the Muse show... otherwise there's no link to the premiere at all. It would just be a gig held nearby! I has a feeling that's what the two hour wait is for - premiere stuff.
-
Ahhh, got the link. Getting v nervous about this now. Hoping and praying I get a ticket - pretty desperate to see this, even if it is only half an hour! Also hoping that if I don't manage to get one there's still a way of 'buying' someone's ticket off them if they can't go... but I have a feeling everyone will be ID-ed on the door or something. Anyways, roll on tomorroooow!
-
Don't suppose there's any word on what sort of time this'll start?
I'd love to go, but I'm at my dad's wedding the day before in Essex and staying in the area for a night. Want to get a rough idea of how much I need to rush getting home on the day, assuming I'm lucky enough to get tickets.
Someone in the news thread said they're on 9.30-10.15pm. Not sure how accurate that is, but it sounds about right for an impromptu promo gig, I guess.
-
From what it says on the site, I can't see how it would be balloted - why would we need a special link and a code that you'll be able to find on WWZ site, Muse emails etc on Tuesday morning if it's just a lucky dip? It's a Ticketmaster link, too, so surely we'd have to 'purchase' tickets from their site using the code.
I thought it meant we can access the link and code in advance (we get it sent via a Muse email/it appears on the WWZ Muse site), but it doesn't go live til 9am and then it's a first-come-first-served battle to see which 15,000-odd people put the code in first to claim their free tickets.
If they were gonna go down the evil iTunes-style route, there'd be no need for codes or links: we'd all just enter our emails somewhere and be drawn out of a hat... although I really, REALLY hope that doesn't happen. I fucking hate free shit that makes it impossible to actually go to the show
-
The site says this:
Tickets for the live performance will be available for free on Tuesday 28th May at 9:00 a.m. BST. via a special Ticketmaster link and code via the WWZ website, official Muse email list and selected partner promotions. So, if there's a special link and code via Ticketmaster, I'm assuming anyone can get access to the code via the sites they mentioned, and you have to battle at 9am to get tickets using that code (like a pre-sale)?
Really hope it's not a case of enter your email somewhere and wait to be told if you're successful in getting access to the code. That would be like competition winners only (damn you iTunes!), and if you didn't get lucky you simply can't go.
Uh, I'd actually have preferred it if this was a paid gig, cos it would be a lot less of a headache. At least you can buy tickets off someone if you're not lucky during the sale. This seems like a 'must show ID/credit card on the door' scenario, so only the ones who managed to get tickets at 9am can get in. Yes, I'm complaining at a free gig, but I'm desperate to go.
-
HOLY FUCKKKK I am sooooooo there!!!! :D
I'll be back in London at about 2pm after the Manchester gig, so should be plenty of time for the gig itself (can't imagine the premiere would be over mid-afternoon )
AHHH@(&£(@YROI! SO fecking excited!! And very relieved my boss is off next week cos I'll be spending the whole day battling for tickets on Tuesday instead of working .
Bring on the hideous ticket-buying process (yay that it's free, though!)
OMG I'm more excited about this than tomorrow, Sunday and Manchester
-
It's the staple pre-Muse song at every show. I hate it and love it at the same time cos I know Muse are gonna be on v soon, but the wait lasts forever!
-
Ohhh, my eyes! That's just wrong!
Heard Supremacy in the trailer for Revenge on E4. They love using T2L songs in their trailers: heard Panic Station, Unsustainable and Supremacy so far

I think Russell is a fan
Yay, another reason to think he's awesome!

Panic Station on the trailer for The Work Experience on E4! All the ads are using T2L songs, lol.

Supremacy on Hotel GB... twice
And Animals in HMV

Well, they took info from the Guardian interview it's what NME usually does.I have no idea!
Yeah, that's what I was going to say: they had a great source to steal from.
True I was thinking it's most likely cos it was stolen from somewhere else as per usual, lol.
They said it was The Observer in the article, but that might well be the bit of factual inaccuracy I missed!
Extra Show Confirmed For Mexico City

FOUR shows all in the same venue ! Must be some kind of record for them. Would absolutely love to go, but I'm officially, most certainly broke from all the Musey spending this summer. Six stadium shows, an insane amount of merch and topping up my discography collection has burned a supermassive (black) hole in my pocket. Damn this band!
