the shaker trigger's on the bass drum rim iirc. and the snare one triggers the sound you hear on the studio version of smbh/clapping on starlight. just midi innit.

i think im going to invest in a drum machine to accompany my acoustic kit

saw i used them? xcool i've only ever had experience with zbts and they're a good stop-gap before moving onto professional level cymbals. however, i PRESUME that being the newest, the ZHTs are your best bet?
