I sent the guy an email and here's his response:
Hiya Guys,
Thanks for your message... Unfortunately due to the very high demand for gigs this year im advising all touring bands to get in touch with some local bands to see if they can fit into one of their support slots... I appreciate how hard it is for a touring band to come and play in a new venue and new city and so feel it's important for bands to talk to each other about gig swaps and support slots etc.
There are hundreds of bands on our myspace right now http://www.myspace.com/b2venue also on our sister site http://www.myspace.com/thebrickmakers and on a website called Norwich Darkside... http://www.norwichdarkside.co.uk
So... do you guys want to do a gig together? Or know of any other Norwich bands who are similar to us?
Im not searching through all their friends trying to find one like us! haha

howd last night go, adam/chris?
meh....it went alright....WE sounded good - good banter, lots of support, played pretty well....
the mix was shit tho! The sound guy at one point, after chris suggested using an sm57 on the guitar, said "i dont really know about microphones"
But yeah you can listen again online now, we're gonna have a page interview on the bbc website, and our musics been past onto radio 1!
Good night tho - we all enjoyed it!

It's a regional listings mag for the southeast called... DUN DUN DAHHH... 'East Mag' - Surprisingly respectable circulation but that's because it's free
i was just about to go "WOAH! What an AWESOME name for a magazine!! "DUN DUN DAHHH"...Epic!"
But then that thought got shattered by the name "East Mag" hahahah
