  1. I loved the O2. We were only about 8 rows back from the thrust stage where Matt played guitar solos, so we had a great view. I am also lucky enough to have seen them in Newport, Wales, in a small venue a couple of years ago. I was only able to see them on screens at the Emirates, London, but it was worth it for the atmosphere. I couldn't miss this opportunity to see them and my son is in London so another reason to go. I'm glad they are having a stripped-back set. I was petrified at the O2 to see the massive contraption above their heads, after what happened to Curtis Mayfield.

  2. Oh well .. Ticketmaster can’t get us 4 seats together lower tier ambulant seats or not .. nor 2 ambulants & 2 normal next to it ... wonderful .. running with a blind man it is ! Should be fun 😩, Any1 had experience of managing to get GA seating ? Bearing in mind we won’t get there till about 3pm earliest

Could you try on the venue presale? If you are successful, you can resell your GA tickets via Twickets. Good luck!

Sorry, I should have said MuseBay. There's a sticky about reselling.

  3. I messed up by clicking the wrong link on the 10am presale but got ambulant disabled plus companion tickets on the 1pm presale. I have never seen 'ambulant disabled' options on any other venue, of any description, so I was pleased I didn;t have to take a wheelchair space that someone else had to have.

I will stay in a Premier Inn in north London, near where my son lives. £136 for two nights, including breakfast. Amazing value for London and the hotel is accessible.

Has anyone driven to this venue? What is parking like? Would it be more or less stressful than pub;ic transport?

I saw T2L at Emirates Stadium and was so far back I only knew where Matt was because he wore red trousers. We are equally far back but in a lower tier this time. I was just glad to get any tickets, tbh. Is this stadium a lot bigger than the average stadium? Crowd control and public transport from Emirates was excellent and from O2 was good but slow so we got the bus back to my hotel and avoided the massive crowds waiting for the tube.

  4. hi,

i spent all day trying to get a hold of just 1 ticket in Zurich from the official seller - the website starticket.ch. finally i managed to get a ticket on my "shopping cart", and got to the payment with credit card. i tried 2 of my Visa cards and got a message on the website that "Your payment attempt failed and the order was not completed". i then called my parents and asked for their card details - and got the same refusal to all of the cards.

i asked dear Starticket about it, and their response is "Unfortunately, due to an increasing level of fraud, we had to exclude some countries. From now on, only European an U.S. credit cards are accepted".

*** i think that this policy is unacceptable and its discriminating Muse fans from other countries ***.

i never had a website refusing my credit card before. i will be in Switzerland in the day of the concert, but i can't go to the show because of Starticket. i think this is very wrong, and i'm very sad right now. in the past i bought tickets to shows from ticketmaster and never had problems, but they don't sell tickets in Switzerland for this tour.

    I am so sorry!:(

  5. I got one ambulant disabled and one companion ticket for London. I am disabled but can walk short distances. No doubt I will have to get a letter from my GP to confirm this as I am only on lower rate mobility PIP. When I saw Muse at the Emirates Stadium they wouldn;t let me buy a wheelchair space ticket without a letter from my GP. It took four weeks for the stadium to sort it out by which time only seats in the gods were available. I am very pleased that London Stadium allows disabled people to buy online at teh same time as non-disabled people. I'm glad they have the 'ambulant disabled' option as I would hate to take a wheelchair space from someone who really needs it. I've had workmen in the house while all this has been going on and I can relax now! I'm going to go out for lunch. I hope you all get what you want.:D

  6. It’s not, and you’ve got plenty of time :chuckle: the members presale kicks off in an hour, even if the preorders one has sold out (which it might not have)

On the tour dates page, look for the London date. There should be two links underneath - ‘tickets’ and ‘enhanced experience’, click tickets. Then it’ll take you to a Ticketmaster page with two listings for the London date, this is a bit easier to mix up but in the descriptions for each you should be able to see that one specifies enhanced experience, choose the one that doesn’t (the bottom one). Then all you do is enter your code to unlock the ability to buy one and pick which ticket type you want.

Thank you so much! I'll get it right next time!

  7. Yes you did! Those prices are for the enhanced experience. If you want regular tickets they are £69.50 plus booking fee (for Manchester). Once on TM you need to select "Muse - Simulation Theory World Tour" which is below the enhanced package options.

Thanks. I got confused and now it's too late. I'll try again at 1pm.:)

  8. Those of you who didn't get the early access code, don't worry; it wasn't worth having. I tried to get tickets for June 1 London Stadium and was offered tickets at either £185 or £319 each. They can shove those overpriced suppositories where the sun don't shine. I'll try again at 1pm. If that fails, I will try the venue's presale on Thursday.

Funnily enough, I wasn't asked for a code. WTF was THAT about?

  9. Those of you who didn't get the early access code, don't worry; it wasn't worth having. I tried to get tickets for June 1 London Stadium and was offered tickets at either £185 or £319 each. 10. Couple of my friends ordered the regular CD so they could get the pre-sale codes. Their orders were both processed for shipping the day before release, and look like they'll arrive sometime next week.

That's honestly SUPER shitty to tie something as important to people as concert tickets to buying the CD direct and then not being able to deliver that CD anywhere near release date. Especially when the shipping costs half as much as the CD does.

I received my code late yesterday but I had contacted Warner and they sent it to me also. Could your friends not have done that? They can still use the code from the members' area for teh afternoon sale. I agree, it's shitty.

  11. Hi All,

Has anyone else not yet had their code? I pre-ordered the album from the official store (which I now have in my possession!).

I got the email to tell me the codes were sent out earlier in separate email... help!

Bloody hell! Warners are all over the place!

  12. It’s really not confusing if you read the emails clearly...to me at least :chuckle: not to sound rude

There are two presales tomorrow - one at 10am local time for people who preordered and one at 1pm for site members. General sale is on Friday at 9am in the UK, 10am local time for Europe and 12pm for North America (except for Philly and Phoenix, which are 1pm).

Depends what you’re going for, specific seats might go quickly but I’ve never gone seated in a stadium so idk. GA’s dead easy.

Thanks. I've now had the emails from Warners. You're right; it WAS easy once I had actually received the emails!

  13. My presale code has now arrived and the email says tickets go on sale at 9am tomorrow for those of us in the UK. I thought I might treat myself to an enhanced experience ticket but it really isn;t worth it. If it let me meet the band, maybe!

Can someone please confirm that there are two presales tomorrow?

One at 9am UK with code in email,

One at 1pm with code in members' area?

Or does tomorrow morning's preslae start at 10am in the UK and it's the general sale which starts at 9am Friday in the UK?

This is the most confusing ticket presale I have EVER taken part in, for ANY band!

  14. This whole album preorder/tickets presale seems to have gone tits up. Warner UK sent me the CD even though the shop has no record of my order. Now they have not sent me the code for the presale. I may end up buying when they are on general sale on Friday. I am not a happy bunny! Also, one email said presale would start at 10am local time and another said 1pm local time. WTF?
