Need support accessing old account

I used to be an avid user of the muse.mu forums since 2006, and have been trying to regain access to my old account. The username is "Mari":https://forum.muse.mu/profile/516176-mari/

It says my last login was in 2015, but now I'm having difficulties logging in or getting the password reset email. Could this be a glitch? Was there a forum purge at some point?

I'm really hoping an admin could help me regain access to my account ... I can definitely prove it's me if necessary.
