_Ed_
It's not often I'm on your mum's side when you post things about her here, but this time I definitely am.
darkshineskitty
Its really weird how similar those three men look though. Its like they combined two of them to make the 3rd. Allow me to demonstrate: Nestor Carbonell + Adam Levine =
_Ed_
That's actually quite scary.
darkshineskitty
That's actually quite scary. Does it not amaze you!? Every time I see Flash Forward, all I can think about is how much Joseph Fiennes looks like those two men! Darn Nestor Carbonell and his beautiful eyelashes
_Ed_
It does indeed amaze me. But I must confess I had not noticed Mr Carobnell's eyelashes.

darkshineskitty
They are reasonably glorious. Are they mascara-enhanced? Nope. That's the beauty of it! darkshineskitty
If I'm quite honest, they've rendered me speechless. I have nothing to say. Speechless in an amazed way, or speechless in a too-embarrassed-to-say-anything way?

darkshineskitty
Always a plus! How's the essay going, and what's it on? Its on a poem by William Blake, and its going okay. I've got quite a lot done, only a few more words left, but I've talked mostly about themes and not much about poetic conventions, simply because I can't really find any, so I might have to try to squeeze a few in. _Ed_
But it's hard to do that if there aren't any to squeeze in! Surely you won't be marked down for not including something non-existent.

Well they might be there but I'm just not paying enough attention to notice them. I might chuck in a line about rhyme.

darkshineskitty
I'm not sure how that excuse will go down. As long as I attach an A4 version of that photo to the front of my essay I'm sure it will be fine.
_Ed_
Yeah, good thinking. I'd imagine the reaction as they heard the excuse and then saw the photo would be, "I've never heard an excuse as ridiculous as...oh. Oh my."

Brings new meaning to 'batting your lashes' I guess.
_Ed_
True. But how many times do you think the batting somebody else's eyelashes trick will be an effective option? As magnificent as they are and as hard as it is to imagine right now, there must come a time when their power runs out.

With great power comes great responsibility.
_Ed_
Very true. Being bored, I searched for that phrase in Google image search. The result baffles me.
