i want permission to use a muse song in my video.

i plan on using "feeling good" for the final cut of this edit, and instead of just using the song, i wanted to get permission from the band to use it. its an independent short film in which no revenues will be made. so you think the band would be down for something like this, and how could i contact someone legit to talk to about it?
