  1. I got the magazine :) So maybe if you just PM me with your address, then I can send you my bank account number, and I'll post it as soon as possible, just gotta find a big envelope somewhere, then I'm ready :)

  2. Aww, that sounds like a sad story. Maybe I should read it!

I've had a busy weekend. Went to a birthday party saturday and then I had to work yesterday. I'm a bit tired of my job, but I kind of need the money, so in that way it's okay. What kind of job do you want if you should have one?

And how is your cold? Hope you're feeling better!

  3. Hi again :D Yes, I can do that! If they have it ... I was there Tuesday, five days ago, and it was still the old one. I can check tomorrow, and if they have the right one, I can buy it for you. I'm not really sure about how the PayPal thing works, I think I had an account a while ago, but maybe you can also just send the money to my bank account?

  4. You're right, and I probably will go again, especially if I can get a job there so I won't have to buy the ticket :) Yes, I watched Muse there in July, it was so great! I also watched Biffy Clyro, Queens of the Stone Age, The National, Kasabian and a bunch of other acts :)

The Lovely Bones, I think I might have heard about that one, what is it about?

I had a nice weekend, I had to work Saturday, but then afterwards I went out with some of my friends and had fun. This week's been busy so far, and today I have a headache, which is not so nice :( How are you?

  5. Ah, no, Roskilde was in July, so it's a few months ago already - I just wish I could experience it once more  Well, next year I can go again, but then Muse probably won't play :(

I could really use a new winter jacket, but I can't really seem to find one I like ...

My new book is about a 14 year old girl who's never met her father and who falls in love with the boy who is her best friend. So the story is basically about her looking for her father - and finding the wrong guy - and a lot of other things. I'm so excited about it getting published :)

Did you have a nice weekend?

  6. Ah, okay. Good luck then :) If you really, really want it and can't find it, let me know, I pass through Hovedbanegården at least a couple of times a week, so it's no big deal for me buying it and sending it to you ... I actually haven't made up my mind about buying it yet, it's 52 kr. and I'm feeling a little bit miserly

  7. Yeah, I do mean that one :) Are you from Copenhagen too?

  8. Okay, the good news is that they have Kerrang - the bad news is that it seems to be the one from last week. Maybe in a few days ...

  9. Aww, that sounds nice :) Did you get some cool clothes then? Do you have to wear uniforms by the way?

This was actually also my first time going to Roskilde all week, and I didn't even sleep there, I went home in the evening and got back in the morning. I'm not too fond of all this camping business, but I love the music, so I thought that was a good solution for me :D

My meeting went very well, thank you, it looks like my next book will be published in the beginning of nest year

  10. Read your post in the Kerrang!-thread, and I just want to say that I have a vague feeling that I once might have seen a Kerrang! in the magazine shop at Hovedbanegården ... not quite sure, but I might check it out later (I live ten minutes from there), and I'll let you know if I see it :)

  11. Hi :) How was your weekend?

Yeah, I love going to concerts too, and right now I miss Roskilde Festival ... So I understand what you're saying about seeing some different bands and artists, it's always fun I think  Do you know if Arcade Fire is coming to a place near you? I'm waiting impatiently, I really hope they'll soon announce a show in Copenhagen! I can really recommend all their records. They've made 3, and I think they're all pretty fantastic :)

Aww, thank you! I'm actually going to a meeting tomorrow with my editor about my next book, I'm excited ...

  12. I was also completely blown away after the Roskilde gig :) Even though the setlist was quite ordinary - doesn't matter. Just being there was awesome! That was really lucky that you didn't buy a ticket for the Stockholm gig then ... I got my money back for the ticket of course, but I had already booked flight and hotel. But the worst part was still the disappointment :( The day I found out it was cancelled I was seriously walking around feeling like my summer had been ruined. CE and Bliss are both in my top 3 favourite Muse songs, you're so lucky :) But you're right, it's going to be really exciting when they make a new album!

  13. Glasgow show, when is/was that? I've seen them live twice, Roskilde '06 and here in Copenhagen last fall, very good experiences both times. I don't know, I just didn't like Meds that much, but I really like Battle For The Sun a lot :) Have you got a favourite track then? I think mine is either Speak In Tongues or the title track ...

  14. Yeah, and I spent like half an hour one day to find out how to multi-quote ... so now I finally know how :D

How about a new album AND a tour? That would be so nice :) But they probably need some rest too, which is really understandable.

I've seen Arcade Fire live twice in 2007, they are sooooo good live. Very energetic and fun to watch, and I think their music is really beautiful. I also love We Used To Wait! Ellie Goulding - it was quite nice! I've only heard one song though and I don't remember what it was called :)

That's a shame about your boring homework. I've got one novel that I'm trying to finish right now, then I've got a cooperation with two other writers (we want to write a horror story together), and then I just got a new idea too. And I've got homework also. It's a bit much maybe

  15. That's a very nice anti-campaign. I think I might accidentally have voted a few 10's for Brian too ;) Yeah, I've been a fan for a long time. I think I just forgot about them for a year or two, but then when I bought Battle For The Sun I got into them again. Brian has such a fantastic and expressive voice. What do you think of Battle For The Sun?

  16. It sounds like it was a wonderful experience :) Really, really wish I could've been there. Instead I had to sit at home and check out the setlists on the forum, which was not quite as fun. Especially when they played BOTH Bliss AND Citizen Erased the second night! Did you go to both gigs or just one of them? And you were at Roskilde too, right? I had tickets for the Stockholm gig too, because it was a bit more affordable for me - but well, as you probably know it got cancelled :(

  17. You were at the match with Chris? You were at Wembley? I envy you ...

  18. I'm rubbish too! The first time I was going to answer one of your visitor messages in here, I answered it and couldn't understand why you didn't answer. Then I found out I had written it on my own wall ... nice one

Photography homework sounds exciting! But maybe it wasn't? Anyway it's always a bit stressful if there's a lot of it. I hope it wasn't too bad ...

I'm a bit busy these days too, with uni and work and then all my writing. I've got more or less three writing projects going on at the same time right now, and maybe it's a bit much now that I've got school also. But I can't help it! It's so much fun :)

I'm also hoping they will tour again soon :( But they probably won't. It would just be so nice ... I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Arcade Fire these days, they just made a new record, so I really, really hope they will come to Denmark soon! They're probably my 2nd favourite band after Muse. Or well, Arcade Fire and Placebo. And I actually just heard Ellie Goulding on the radio today, so now I know who she is :D

  19. Eye-candy is always nice! I was going to ask if you like Placebo, but now it feels like a shit question because the visitor message below mine asks the exactly same question ... anyway, you do?

  20. Thanks a lot for the link, your pics are really nice  You were so close!

Looks like the Wembley gigs have been wonderful, I so wish I could have been there ... Especially the second night looks great with both Bliss, CE and Ruled By ecrecy, but since I'm a big, big fan of I Belong To You I would have loved to hear that on the first night as well :)

How was your weekend? I've been so busy, I went to a public reading to hear a writer I know on Saturday and then afterwards I went to a party with my working buddies. And then I had to get up early yesterday and work at the café, so I'm totally tired today, luckily I don't have any classes until tomorrow, so I can relax a bit :)

  21. Gotta say I love the Brian Molko pics in your sig :D It's so nice everytime I scroll through a thread, and they're there.

  22. Sounds like you were pretty close, how cool :) How did you get there? Did you queue for a long time, or were you just lucky? Next time they come to Copenhagen I'm ready to wait all day, would really like to try what it is like to be completely at the front!

I'd love to see your pictures :D

Yeah, Biffy are quite good, especially live I think! Went to their gig at Roskilde Festival, I didn't know any of their songs, but it was really fun, they're very energetic on stage. Right now I'm listening to "The Captain" and some of their older stuff.

How is college? Still nice? :)

  23. That's okay and totally understandable  I'm really happy to hear that you had such a good time! How far away from the stage were you? Well, the most important thing is that you had a great view after all, wounds nice :) And I would love to see pictures! I'm feeling a bit sad that I don't know when I'll be able to go to a Muse gig again ... but I just bought tickets to go and see Biffy Clyro in October, that'll be nice too I think :)

Ha ha, I think I would have prefered Bliss too, but only because Bliss is probably my favourite Muse song together with Stockholm Syndrome, and I've already heard Stockholm Syndrome live twice ... but then Citizen Erased is probably my number 3!

I've only been to uni for a half day as well, so that was easy, but nice, thanks :) I'm going tomorrow too, we're going to form groups for our big assignment this autumn, and I can't really decide if I want to be part of a group or try writing it on my own this time. I saw a lot of people writing their assignments on their own in the spring, looked like a nice thing to try. Oh well, I'll decide tomorrow. And you already made a friend, that sounds nice :D I hope it'll get even better and more fun in the next few days!

  24. Aww, I've been lurking a bit in the LCCC thread, and it sounded like all you guys had a really great time last night - am I right? :D Tell me how it was! I'm SO envious that you got to experience both Butterflies & Hurricanes Citizen Erased, CE is one of my favourite Muse songs, and it must be massive live ... Fuck, I really wish I could go to Wembley!

By the way, 500 days of summer is a really good movie :) I also love the two Regina Spektor songs that are in it. I'm back to uni now, but it isn't busy at all this far, which is nice. Christmas vacation is usually not very long for us, last year I think I only had four or five days off, but that was also because we had a big group assignment that we had to turn in on the 5th of January. This year it looks like I'll get a longer vacation though :) When do you start college?

  25. Ha ha, yes, please do that, I would really like to be your screen writer :D

Do you have a favourite movie then?

University started today, but it was okay, just some general info about subjects and possibilities ... Yeah, I had a very long summer break. When I went to college, it was also about 6 or 7 weeks, but in uni it's not unusual that it's 9 0r 10 weeks. And then it's because I studied part time in the spring and only had one exam instead of two :)

Oh, and please have lots of fun with Muse if I don't get to talk to you before Saturday! Looking forward to hear about it :D
