I get a little better when I actually have things to do. I USED to stay up until 3 or 4 in the morning and wake up at 5:30 for school. That was not fun. I started getting to bed earlier over the past year and waking up no later than like 11, and that was actually nice, ya know, having pretty much an entire day instead of just half. Buuut now I'm back to waking up at 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Which isn't surprising cause I stay up til like 6, which I never used to do until I started back on this board.
I've actually asked Mom if I could start using pills to help me get to sleep, cause unless I am completely worn out, I honestly just can't fall asleep earlier than 1-ish. It's ridiculous. But she got onto me for even mentioning that, said I don't need to use stuff like that. She doesn't get that I CAN'T get to sleep, though, even if I lie in bed for hours. Bah.
