It'll be easier to assess that when we've seen the 360 stage and know how much barrier there is and where the best places are, I think.
-
you havent heard the album yet?
maybe they've Spotified it until now? And what difference does it make to you anyway?!
-
How tall are you? How good are you with crowds? How much do you want to see the band close up? Might be worth having a skim of this thread: http://board.muse.mu/showthread.php?t=69344

inb4 it's cancelled
-
yes, indeed, but theoretically not, so allowing anti-capitalist sentiments works for the govt...
-
they're taking a while to come through, I'm still waiting for mine from the O2 London 12th gig, got the one from Eventim for Manchester yesterday
-
I've just booked 2 tickets via Ticketline! 2 tickets cost less than 1 ticket for their gig in Ireland!!! (I did a search and Ticketline looks genuine? Ticketmaster prices were €37 more expensive!)
Time to book flights now!
(Does anyone have any advice on time to turn up to ensure I get sitting with my mum?! She won't appreciate if I abandon her after flying from Ireland!)
It's really unlikely that you won't be able to get two seats together as long as you get there before the support band, I'm sure. If you want to be able to really pick your spot, then probably rocking up about doors would do it.

I think people need to remember that anti-capitalist stuff is going to be seen to be alright in China, Animals is a pretty perfect fit tbh
-
yes, they happen a lot. They're bollocks though, can tell from the number of times he buggers stuff up.
-
Is anyone else going by themselves? Or will I be the only Billy no-mate there?
you're never on your own at a gig

I feel your pain, we're going on holiday tomorrow and I used some of our holiday savings to pay for the tickets... My plan is to pretend I'm not hungry for two weeks and tell her when we come back.
yeah that's a plan. I reckon my mum might sub me for mine, ahem. It's more about the time away from home/work, we're accountants and it's not the easiest time of year...
I'm so annoyed at myself, I had no clue about a verified visa password until now and its bit me on the bum.My grandad is trying to get me tickets for me though, bless him
Oh Tom! Did you get them?
What about support acts, who would you guys love to see support thempersonally, id love to see biffy clyro support them
Biffy are too big themselves for an arena support slot, I reck. I'd be happy with Marmozets again, or Royal Blood, or Pvris...
-
oh congrats NorwichRed!
And yay, got seats for me and my London-Muse-Gig-Buddy (that's her designated title now) quite easily on the TM app, whoop whoop!
-
I've got tickets for this, not sure if I'm going or not, might depend on the shit-fit that gets thrown when the other half finds out, lol
-
The price is one thing, the assignment of the worst seating blocks for the supposed fan presale is another entirely...
-
it loaded fine on the page for Dublin (not great seats though... well it depends on your perspective, literally, cos they were the blocks nearest the stage, or high up in the middle. I wanted one of B or F.) but didn't give me the spinny wheel of loading on the O2 page :-(
-
The barrier's going to be a massive oval, there will be plenty of room on it, but the good spots might be gone.
-
Seats for me for this one...
-
So where's good to stay/look at/hang out in Dublin?
-
Looking to get four tickets tomorrow for me, hubby and two children (11 & 7) at the Manchester gig, cringing at the price but children will be devastated if they can't go, As we have kids with us, it will have to be seated - but not really sure what would be best to go for. Never been to Manchester Arena before, but have sat up in the Gods at the Millenium in Cardiff for U2 and it was awful - they were tiny - even the big screens were tiny.
Any tips for Manchester arena? Is Tier 1 the standing area?
The seating plan on Ticketmaster is pretty clear, Standing is the blue oval, Tier 1 is red. Tier 3 is alright, not as far away as the top tier at a stadium

yeah i registered before the 9th but i didn't click on the email i was sent until after the 9th?
that's possibly your problem then, you didn't authenticate your account until after

rude not to when I'm less than an hour from Manc

Aw, for a second there I thought Stockholm was the closer.
Same!
-
I was thinking
Starlight
Stockholm
JFK
Uprising
Knights
But maybe that's a bit too optimistic.
Might've nailed it...

I was looking in my gig pics for something to revive the PCT, and found this nice shot of shiny drummer arm...
