  1. I've just booked 2 tickets via Ticketline! 2 tickets cost less than 1 ticket for their gig in Ireland!!! (I did a search and Ticketline looks genuine? Ticketmaster prices were €37 more expensive!)

Time to book flights now! :D

(Does anyone have any advice on time to turn up to ensure I get sitting with my mum?! She won't appreciate if I abandon her after flying from Ireland!)

It's really unlikely that you won't be able to get two seats together as long as you get there before the support band, I'm sure. If you want to be able to really pick your spot, then probably rocking up about doors would do it.

  2. I feel your pain, we're going on holiday tomorrow and I used some of our holiday savings to pay for the tickets... My plan is to pretend I'm not hungry for two weeks and tell her when we come back.

 yeah that's a plan. I reckon my mum might sub me for mine, ahem. It's more about the time away from home/work, we're accountants and it's not the easiest time of year...

I'm so annoyed at myself, I had no clue about a verified visa password until now and its bit me on the bum.

My grandad is trying to get me tickets for me though, bless him

Oh Tom! Did you get them?

What about support acts, who would you guys love to see support them

personally, id love to see biffy clyro support them

Biffy are too big themselves for an arena support slot, I reck. I'd be happy with Marmozets again, or Royal Blood, or Pvris...

  3. it loaded fine on the page for Dublin (not great seats though... well it depends on your perspective, literally, cos they were the blocks nearest the stage, or high up in the middle. I wanted one of B or F.) but didn't give me the spinny wheel of loading on the O2 page :-(

  4. Looking to get four tickets tomorrow for me, hubby and two children (11 & 7) at the Manchester gig, cringing at the price but children will be devastated if they can't go, As we have kids with us, it will have to be seated - but not really sure what would be best to go for. Never been to Manchester Arena before, but have sat up in the Gods at the Millenium in Cardiff for U2 and it was awful - they were tiny - even the big screens were tiny.

Any tips for Manchester arena? Is Tier 1 the standing area?

The seating plan on Ticketmaster is pretty clear, Standing is the blue oval, Tier 1 is red. Tier 3 is alright, not as far away as the top tier at a stadium
