So, if Defector delivers, the Reapers-The Handler-Defector progression could be the best in a Muse album since Origin Of Symmetry.

Around 9:55/9:56 there's a break, then a combined vocal. Or it might just be like a couple recorded Matts forming a special attack vocal melody chord.

Also in the making of Defector, did anybody else get a small vibe of Nirvana in the vocals we heard? Mainly when Matt was singing.

I love the singing trial off in the chorus (lately in the past 2 albums, I didn't like Matt going off into falsetto for a bit of stuff, especially in Mercy, but I'm totally okay with it in this song.)
The guitar in the chorus is amazing, the bass is great (It better be HEAVY live.) The ending Chorus is fantastic. This song just screams what we've been craving for.

I just hope the heavy section is sufficiently lengthy and heavy.
I've been worrying about this lately. Seems like the intro and the piano outro take up most of the song. Hope the heavy bit gets a good fill of the length as well.

Okay this song now has grown on me. First couple of listens were "Oh sounds good!" but not totally loving it. Totally awesome.
