just rang the number on the paypal email as I also havn't recieved the email or downloads (it came up with a message saying it hadn't been authorised)... they are open from 8:30am uk time so will call em again to hopefully sort this shiz out!

q - when buying, does it bill you as soon as you click buy? mine didn't ask me to log into my paypal or put in my verified by visa info - guessing i don't need to worry about being billed?
