It's the only thing I can't dismantle and check. Although, it would have had to rotated exactly 90 degrees, jumped about 2 cm, and fit into the slim gap, whilst moving directly at it. There isn't a gap under dishwasher. Despite this being insanely unlikely, it's the only explanation I can come up with.
