ha ha ha you know, I've heard of Dr Phil but never ever watched an episode of his show before.

We can start with Nishe (which I got from Muselive (and can send to you if you want)) which is really mellow. I think it's music made for a lounge bar (I think that's what I have in mind) so when I listen to it I chill out and I try not to think about anything including the song. I just let it play.
