And that's what I'm saying, I guess initially it might be slightly upsetting, but in the long run it's something that I'm sure she'd learn to accept dear, I mean parents always do The best thing you can do is have a good talk about it, it doesn't have to be now but at some point, just so you both know where each other stands. The thing is I'm sure if anyone can understand how you feel it's your parents, I mean my mum and I don't agree on anything...from politics to religion, I find her beliefs on a lot of those kinda things absurd..and she knows and is comfortable with that now. Even if your mum might be a tad upset at first it won't take long for her to accept that. So in some ways I think maybe you should just go along and grin and bare it, but on the other hand I feel maybe you should just be as open and as honest as you can. Even if you do disappoint your mum initially, at least it wouldn't be an issue in the future...d'you know what I mean? But well you can go religious if you like, just don't ask me to go to church
