Yeah pretty good, I agree about the year, it has just vanished. Some good gigs coming up too and summer soon, haven't had a good summer in years, bring it on!

wow I haven't been on here for a while, how are things going? Have been doing some live visuals for my mates bands recently, pretty rushed last minute jobs at the moment but adds a bit more to the gigs, taking some inspiration from Muse's visuals of course. I'm thinking Brisbane/Gold Coast at the moment, I'm not one to limit my options though, so just see what happens. There are some potential job leads in Bris at the moment so that could work. As for time not sure, could be a stepping stone before heading over to somewhere like Canada, but that is just a dream at this stage.

Finally got the sleep in I needed, sleeping until midday Pretty lazy day really. Also yeah I've been trying to get back into golf too recently, will probably head to the range at some point this week.

Some pics from Them Crooked Vultures last night, I'm feeling the pain though after an excessively loud concert (My left ear is still ringing) and being up to 5am drinking Awesome concert, although I think I'm going to invest in some decent earplugs, last night was a bit of a wakeup call.

This is awesome, I have been thinking about pushing myself to do a skydive, I think I might add that to my goals of 2010. You need around 200 solo jumps before trying these things though, and balls of steel It gets interesting around the 1 minute mark. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4U6T_BB1N8

I'm not really into photography, I guess it's something I would like to get more into but probably will never bother to do I do try and get the best shots possible when taking photos though and put a bit of effort into it. Some really nice photos you have in there, although I must admit I'm not a huge fan of HDR photography, I have seen some nice examples but mostly they seem a little bit over the top.

So Sydney got a Back In Black cover with Nic Cester from Jet singing, they missed out on Stockholm Syndrome and the deadstar/microcuts riffage though. Not being a big AC/DC fan I think we got the better deal. I wonder what the second Sydney show will get. I think they are James May's Ideas, at least he claims they are. He has done a few episodes of what is called "James May's Toy Stories". All in stock, there goes £170 I'm not even going to convert it into $NZ, I don't want to know I needed to spend some pounds anyway, bugger all point sending £300 over with this exchange rate, I'll just get some nice Muse gear instead. I have wanted some of this stuff for ages too so nice to finally have ordered it.

Yeah it's a good one, I did link it on page 211 though I wonder what they have planned for Sydney, sounds like they might be doing a collaboration with some other artists at some point, also Sydney will be getting a fireworks display, I wonder if it will be at the end of Muse's set, would make for a spectacular finish.

Ouch, just filled my basket at the Muse store up to £170, then realised I forgot to bring my UK Debt card to work with me It's not all for me by the way. I hope they still have stock when I get home, you never know with that silly store.
