[Best Live Performance of any one song]

I'd pick New Born at Glastonbury solely for the last note Matt sings (well, technically it's two notes, but you know what I mean.) It isn't incredibly high, it's just so perfectly formed. Start small, crescendo in intensity, add vibrato, ease off into a delicate sigh of a note. A masterpiece in six seconds.

 

Every time I try to listen to it, I always get stuck listening to those six seconds over and over. I've probably listened to it at least 10 times between typing sentences of this post.

I mean commercial as in always in the media, top of the charts sorta shite... the only reason that they didn't get the best live act Brit was because Take That are more publicised than Muse... and I'd imagine that neither Matt, Chris or Dom care

I think it's wierd hearing Muse in the media because they're not a commercial band and their music is something I find personal to me

The only ones I know of are SMBH being used in 'The Real Hustle' and Space Dementia in that perfume advert... although I did hear something the other day for something or other... don't remember what the tune or the show was lol

City of Delusion for me! love the strings in the chorus... made some real harmonics between the strings and the vocals
