    Oh need to mention on Brian's happiness on our crowd response + his cheekiness of shoving Steve onto the pit after the gig...naughty naughty

     

    Plus Brian's dislike of media ppl taking advantage- during the gig, there was this media girl in the gap btwn our barrier & stage conveniently recording the gig. While performing, he just glanced at his stage tech, pointed to the girl and make the motion to get the girl out - and immediately the girl was escorted out. Ouch. Luckily he didn't throw the fans out heh

    LOL.. PLA.CE.BO pity we didn't get to use the Meds and Bright Lights ones..

     

    i wish i can go to singapore! anyways i found the vid of Steve being rescued after Brian pushed him to the crowd.

    Liz, can you please upload Breathe Underwater? i really love that song but my memory card full pulak when they played it. oh do it tomorrow also can... you have to go monkey watching tomorrow at Bt Caves right? lol better get some sleep la Liz :p

    Thanks Liz, for the Special K mp3 link! it was so much fun to watch Brian smile during this song.. and the crowd singing the parapapa part haha.. that's the only part that i know really heh... bah.. ingat baru nak tido but the song made me wide awake again!

     

    Love the fact that the place was small and intimate and the fact that they played mostly songs from BOTS.. i'll be sleeping with the drumstick tonight :p

    i should be sleeping now but am just too high from Placebo. wow Brian was seriously awesome! i was hypnotized by him that i didn't realize Liz shifted to stand behind me at the later part of the gig. sorry Liz! Aida, review please.. i'll post the setlist on fb since i had deleted my photobucket account.

     

    Nut, seriously.. you should not miss Placebo man. they're amazing! :D

     

    EDIT: Liz, they played 21 songs! lol.. after checking the setlist again .. it's 20 songs?

    Awww..... Faz, weresodicso, don't be so mad. I'm sure the Killers did not purposely cancle it. Can't you guys sell the flight ticket? Aww.... Would love it X10000000000000000 if you guys are going along for the Muse concert then the Malaysian Muse boardies is almost complete :D Imaging all the Dom screaming and giggles we will make in Sing Indoor Stadium =DDDDDD

     

    The Killers sangat jahat! that's how i feel right now. i blame them 100%. it's bullocks that they cancelled a sold-out gig a couple of days before the actual date. if you were in my place, am sure you'll feel the same way. somehow, this reminds me of Bangkok so i don't think i'm going for Muse either. am staying put in Malaysia. i thought i was fine but i guess am still bitter about it. am afraid the minute i get the tix for BNO, Muse will suddenly do The Killers too. don't wanna jinx it.

     

     

    The Killers gig was awesome! Mr Flowers went to the 3 M'sian girls at North Block (that's us!!) & we got to take pix with him!

    LOL Aida. you forgot to mentioned that Dom from Muse suddenly came out and jam with the Killers during Mr Brightside! lol..

     

    great setlist there. i give you an A+ for the review. well done! hehehe..

    동방신기 disbanded on the first day of 2010! but it turns out it was only a bloody rumour! fuh... oh ummm they're this korean boyband that ehem.. my sister really like. so yeah...am just a casual listener :ninja:

     

    oh how cute. "let's get ppl to go to Muse @ SG" movement! :D if they're currency is also RM am sure people will come.

     

    i hope the twitter is true. tour Australia and NZ, then have a proper SEA tour!

    Liz, Aida and Miele, it was awesome to meet you gals again. i apologize that i arrived late and thanks for the poster, miele! *muka tak malu hehehe* forgive me for being such a geek while looking at the delux edition. if i had driven to KL sentral i would've brought it back home and berposing for pictures with that beautiful black box and poster. i was so scared to carry such precious things in a train lol.

     

    Liz, i feel the same way. when i got home i just couldn't sleep thinking of plans/ ways for me to get 2 days off from work for Muse's SG gig. still tak boleh menerima kenyataan that i can't get to see Muse in Feb. if you plan to go, please tell me. i might use some of miele's ideas to get mc or crk lol. and LOL about the blow up picture! speaking of that picture, i am seriously annoyed that someone posted the same picture at FB's Muse to play Malaysia 2010 group. it really is unethical to post another person's picture without permission at a public space. what gets me angrier is the fact that the person responsible refused to remove it even after i asked him to. :mad:

    LOLOLOL forever. Poor nafsu-inducing Danes :( Let's just put it this way, any effort by our Malaysian organisers to bring a band over would most definitely be criticised one way or another.

     

     

    The permit to stage a concert is all that matters. I have a feeling the department responsible for approving permits have been infiltrated so negatively to the extent of being a total pain in the ass for anyone to even attempt to bring a band over. It is honestly not easy to stage a concert and usually those that are a success could be attributed to the endearing passion of the organisers in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Adding to the fact that it is difficult to get a permit, usually promoters don't exactly take the initiative because they half know it'll be futile effort anyway.

     

    Someone needs to change this.

     

    well said, Liz. it is sad isn't it? i think when the above political party issued that kind of statement, it really showed how ignorant they are about music and our society. one thing for sure is that they do not represent the majority of malaysians about MLTR (lol) or any other music-related things that they like to protest about. i understand their good intentions but i guess they're just trying too hard.

     

    random, random. how would feel when a band that you really like is now officially disbanded? gah..what a crappy way to start a new year.

    Oh my that would be hectic. :eek: The only reason why we went to so many places is that they're all on the way to the final destination (Spain). :chuckle:

     

    I can only go to Echo and the Bunnymen OR Muse. I don't know which to choose. :(

    Liz, no need to put question mark next to my name. memang confirm tak pegi punyer..:( the last time i talked to shannaz, she told me that she's going but not sure now.

     

    Joelyn, i really like yr dream la. it gave me hope for a few minutes before i checked musewiki. Muse will be in the US in march so you were dreaming for sure! :chuckle::p no chance la for them to come here next year eh.. unless they're touring oz and nz again sometime next year.

     

    Enid Blyton books are awesome! i read most of her books in BM too when i was in school. but later on when i was in high school, naik pangkat sikit to english. i actually like the St Clare's series and Malory towers. the idea of having tennis and swimming clubs in school sound so fascinating when i was young. i wish my school had a swimming pool at the time! the famous five, the secret seven, the wishing chair and the magic tree something something with mr potsandpans.. perhaps i should read her books again.. i think she is an accomplished writer compared to JK Rowling:LOL:

     

    i like the idea of bugging malaysian concert promoters. i think we should bug marctensia, the one who brought jason mraz here. people are asking about SS501 concert on their wall now.. i hope for SS501 concert here in KL too!:ninja:

    i was at the front and i didn't get to see the balloons at all nor kena any of their sweat tempias. betol la memang gross.. hahaha. like Nut, i always tell myself if i have the chance to watch muse again i would want to be seated and not worry about being crushed/trampled to death at the mosh pit. i would want to enjoy the visual side of their concert as well as better acoustic this time around after being right at front the last time. but then again, if i can go to singapore, i would still get the mosh pit tix ha!

    miele, shannaz is also going, i think. you guys should meet up too! i don't think am going for Muse. i have no idea how to get 2 days off from school. if am a student, ponteng ja.. but i'm not aiiish..

     

    Aida, you're going for The Killers! yay! can we go together? and Liz, i'm thinking of getting either the 128 or 148 tix if they're numbered tix that is. i wish to see Mr Flower's face. but if you gals are getting the 88 ones, i'll follow you gals then. i just want to see them at least once in my life. lol

    GraySea, you can also buy the tickets in cash at a sistic counter in KL Sentral. but i forgot the name of the travel agent.. Holiday tours and travel? google it la ya..

     

    Tee!!!! You got to meet Franz.. i would spazz for like a whole month if i were you. oh my, so lucky! you look so cute.
