I think Drones actually got higher ratings but we're talking different reviewers here - I just think the whole "back to basics" was a tad overhyped.Still, we've only had 2 reviews and both of them have been above average scores, along with positive sentiments so I guess the overall rating so far is "pretty decent" and MUSE haven't gone and destroyed their career

Another review has dropped, more in-depth stuff on Get Up and Fight and Break It To Me. However, still no mention of Blockades - reassures me that it's probably not super shit but also saddens me because it might just be forgettable translation in comments for those who didn't do gcse german

I mean, the thing is they've announced that RAH gig and stuff, it just seems like they've decided to be really absent lately for whatever reason. I guess Matt's too focused on the jaded hearts club thing and Dom and Chris are doing whatever. I don't think we'll have any more shows this year, sadly. New Q magazine UK interview came out and none of us realized. Nothing much, just a confirmation that Get Up and Fight is "sophisticated pop" and Simulation Theory is MUSEs "most unguitary and experimental album yet"

Seems that Propaganda may be coming next week. Lance just liked a comment on Instagram (someone saying "does October 23 mean something for music"). He did the same with my Dark Side comment the day before it came out, when I asked.
