I can’t login with my previos account

Hi, so muse is coming to my country and I wanted to buy some tickets in the fans presale. I know this are only for people that have a muse account. I had a muse account for I don’t know how many years, I would get emails and everything but they stopped last year. So now that I tried to login it says my account doesn’t exist. 
 

I need the account to be able to buy this tickets tomorrow. Is there anyway around tjis? I created this account but it doesn’t even show me my country tickets, it shows me some from the US show.
