Why is the shop support not answering some questions!?

Through the past few monthsI have sent several e-mails with questions to the museshop support e-mail address but none of the mails got any answer!?

Some of the questions might have been concerned as not important, but for example the question I sent a couple of months ago when I had trouble paying with my card should've gotten an answer I think. (Figured out why i couldn't use my electron card for paying by myself few days later so don't need the answer anymore, it's just an example)

So I'm just curious to why that is some mails never get answered? Is it because the shops mailbox gets so many mails they can’t answer all of them, or is it some other reason they chose not to give an answer to some peoples questions?
