    Well there were like a thousand tickets available to a special gig by one of the most famous live bands in the world. It's bound to be harder than their normal gigs.

     

    Anyway I was just explaining why Jobby could go through all that, because he had already gotten a ticket in a matter of seconds. There are more than a thousand people trying to get tickets in that first second, so it's just luck. Adically.

    To those who already bought their tickets: do we need to give the name of the person who comes with us, or is it just my name on both tickets?

    And what else do I need to put in when I buy the ticket? Date of birth? Address? Stuff like that? Just want to make sure what data I need, so I'm ready... :$

    I mean will ticketmaster catch on that people buyt without leeds or reading festival ticket, cancel the tickets :(

     

    As much as I wish they would (because YAY new tickets, not because I'm mean), I don't think so. It sounds too messy. If they can't even handle a normal presale without any errors, I doubt they'd take the time to pick out "black sheep" without R&L tickets. They got their money and they're done. :/

    Someone posted in one of the Facebook groups saying they called ticketmaster and they were told 80% of the tickets went today; 40 in the Muse presale and 40 in the Reading Leeds one.

     

    I thought R+L and SBE are two different things? How can they count the sales together?

    Feel free to delete this post if it's too off topic, but....

     

    Is there a list or website or something where we count how often a song has actually been played live yet? Because, I know the songs that I've heard live but I have no idea what songs are rarities and which are not. We are a very well organised fandom, so I'm pretty sure someone's put some stats together somewhere at some point. :p

    I thought it means there you get assigned a specific seat.

     

    Dunno, I think it's a general chart? it says "Seating charts reflect the layout for the venue at this time. Please note that for some events the layout and seat locations may vary without notice." Sooo... maybe...

    Does anyone know which other agencies will sell the General Sale tickets? Being charity I think tickets will be £65 at least though I want to go but I doubt I'll get through at 9am on Friday though if anyone drops out I'll take the ticket and offer more to the charity.

    I think the tickets are sold via livenation.co.uk and ticketmaster.co.uk. There will be no print tickets and they will be connected to your name and Credit Card number (you'll need your ID and your Card to identify yourself). As far as I understand it you cannot change the names connected to the tickets. :/

     

    As in other news: did anyone get the email yet?

    Got up at 5:30, waited in front of the store for 3h, then finally got the record. Absolutely worth it. But if ten people in front of you all seem to buy the record (not sure if all did, but at least a few), you do get kinda nervous. :LOL:
