  1. Well Matt has been using this specific stratocaster for Agitated, Hyper Music and The Groove on the Psycho Tour too if I remember correctly.

Also, assuming Chris is playing chords with his PRS for the first part of the song (while Matt is playing the sliding part), who else is playing the bass? In the mix i can clearly hear basses. Is it Morgan with his synth or is it another backing track?

  2. I hope that one day, Muse will play remixes of their song or make some mashup/medley with their catalogue.

It would be also interesting imo for them to shortened their big singles sometimes (for instance Uprising : intro -> mixed up verse 1 and 2 -> chorus -> solo -> chorus -> ext outro). (well ok i took the idea from Linkin Park with their Tour in 2014 but what do you think?)

  3. I was wondering :$

When Matt said his guitar was "broken" during Panic Station, isn't rather Matt's mistake?

If i remember correclty, during T2L Tour, he wasn't playing the guitar until the 2nd part of the 1st chorus with sorta wahwah effect. Distortion was for the 2nd chorus.

So maybe the fact that his guitar was silent this time is intentional and Matt just forgot it ?

  4. Okay so I was here last night ! It was my first gig ever so it was pretty cool !

Sorry for my english but je suis fwansay

My girlfriend and I managed to get 2nd row after arriving around 3pm and waiting three and half in the cold.

I'm not gonna lie, I was expecting some changes compare to US sets. Pretty dissapointed that we didn't see Map too.

Overall it was very fun ! Like I said it was my first gig and after Dead Inside I thought that I would be really dead by the end of the show

Surprisingly there were few people in certain section, especially the VIP section. Kinda empty.

Drones were broken. It is very sad I think.

The crowd was ok. We were about 5-6 (around me) who were screaming "showbiz" between each song but you know what happened.

On a side note. We were in front of speakers. I don't know if it's normal or not but the synth was pretty high in the mix.... Well in fact I should say that the sound was kinda too loud, unbalanced and badly mixed...At least this is what I felt with these speakers so close to me. For instance Hysteria solo, starlight guitar, globalist solo, USoE piano climax,.... were kinda meh in my place (too high, too blend, and sometimes it sounds half step up).

The interaction with the crowd is...inexistant. That's too bad.

Also I feel that with a show like that, nothing is spontaneous :/ So are the "improvisations" (bad world in TiRO, Uprising, post-hysteria riff,...)

"Yeah. Every time we’ve come to Montreal, we’ve just had a great time. The audiences have always been amazing. And just very energetic — and loud! (Laughs) So yeah, we love it here. And within North America, it feels very much like Europe in many ways, here in Quebec. In the feel of the city, obviously the language. So yeah, I guess we just feel comfortable here."

  7. E;11305011']As for the Map comeback' date=' that's a song that I always loved with visuals (Walking people visuals) So I am surprised that its just visuals on the screen up top rather than the curtains. Personally I think it'll enhance it if they bring the visuals to the side.[/quote']

But the fact is that MoTP is a rotation and as far as I know, songs that are rotated don't have special visuals on curtain :(

I agree with you though ! Map is a song that have a really good atmosphere so added visuals would be nice

  8. So according to a certain fan, her "sources" (which, knowing her, is probably either someone in the band or closely involved with them) told her that the setlists will be very different in Europe.

Aha i will act like i've never seen this :p

I don't expect too much from them and i don't want to be disappointed but who knows maybe they will make things drastically different...

Ugh i'm now very hyped and stressed, it'll stay the mystery since Paris is the first gigs in Europe

  9. you know you could get that from setlist.fm or Mr. K's Bellamybot script

oh :c Well at least i had great time switching between notepad and the wiki :$

Anyway, i cannot understand why reapers (a song that should have stayed a staple) rotates with revolt (their newest single)

The fact that it could potentionally be a rotation for further scares me. I want to see reapers the first day in Paris :/
