Well those notes are within the solfège scale that you use for practicing singing so it's just as likely that they both was playing something along those lines and just did a bend.

Yup, also the same note he only ever belted once (to my knowledge) for City Of Delusion. It'll be interesting to see how long he keeps it up for. I can see him changing it to falsetto eventually, especially if it moves further down in the set.
If I'm not mistaken he did it in falsetto during the soundcheck video (on the Drones Deluxe edition).

I think the sliding power-chord guitar-riffs in Defector sounds a lot like Biffy Clyro! But on the other hand, I do like Biffy so it's not a problem for me!

edit: Oooofff yeah, Thy Holy God is easily the best so far. Dreaming On The Edge is also good but does sound a lot like Biffy/Muse, whereas the others seem to have their own thing going on a bit more. Last two are definitely my faves though. Good job!

Muse is one of my favorite bands so I thought I should post my band's EP for you to critique on
I am the singer and guitar player and my main influences are Muse, Biffy Clyro, Dream theater, Rush, Queens of the stone age etc. We recorded it in a professional studio over one week. Hope you enjoy it!

Why is there no swedish tour date? They owe me a proper gig for cancelling the last two times!
