Uhm, I'd say it's among the most disliked songs. And this http://www.pictureshack.us/images/76380_TheResistance.png strenghtens my opinion that UD is not commonly considered great, even in studio.
Although I agree it's dull live.

Just distracts from everything else that goes on in the song, which would have been fine if it was Hysteria or Hyper Music but not when it's such a repetitive and generic bassline.Mmmh the guitar is loud too and catches attention as it enters if needed.
