Bråvalla confirmed then! Oh happy day!
-
I'd kill for a proshot of Dead Star
-
Bråvalla plx! But if they wont come to sweden for regular gigs, I´d doubt it´d happen for a festival.
But to be fair, It´s as mainstream as a festival can get. Im sure it would be an eye-opener for alot of swedes. Alot of people here doesn´t even know who they are. "Muse? Who?" *plays uprising* "Oh...".

What year is it?!
-
I would swap Bliss and SS but otherwise it's not bad
I disagree! SS early in the set would be refreshing and Bliss going back as an encore-closer would be awesome.
-
1. Bliss(ext)
2. Citizen Erased
3. Dead Star
4. Showbiz
5. Fury
-
Yeah, Exogenesis turned into one piano song could work very well.
Citizen Erased (Matt playing piano outro)
Overture (piano)
Cross-Pollination (piano)
Redemption (piano)
New Born (Matt playing piano intro)
Of course, we need to know if they will want to use the piano so much the next tour.
I would love this... But I think it would be too boring and long for the avarege gig-goer.

And now it's here: http://www.musebootlegs.com/?p=torrents&pid=10&action=details&tid=1601
Dat unsustainable tho...

Agree with most of what's been said already. Particularly on Matt playing his instruments - Blackout in particular could have been so much better if he'd actually played his guitar. Same with the New Born intro - no offense to Morgan but the pace always seems much slower when he plays it instead of Matt.
Well... That's because the whole song is slower.

The small print is awesome in all its versions. And i think the studio version is really catchy with that riff.
I disagree, I think the studio sounds kind of boring and bland, I also hate the vocal effects during the "Say, it'll make you insane"-parts.
-
I never really cared for The Small Print, due to the studio version lacking that "oompf", so I never really bothered looking for any other versions. But recently I listened to the full Earls Court gig (which I never have before) and I was completely blown away when it came on, god damn how awesome that version is!

Con-Science. I was listening to it in my car really loud yesterday while driving through the dark, dat buildup...

Done!
Went with Fury, Eternally Missed, Glorious, Assassin, CoD, Bliss, Space Dementia, CE, Dead Star and Showbiz
-
Guiding Light is okay, it's just why the f does it have to take up a slot when a better song could instead.
You could apply that logic to every song you don't like. There could always be a "better" song.
-
I really enjoy Guiding light, the verses are beatiful and the solo is to die for. All in an over-the-top-good-kind-of-cheese way

you should buy a metronome and a tuner
Yeah, after some listening im realizing im doing the main riff abit wrong, but I don't think my timing is wrong, just that I start the riff at the wrong time Im just gonna redo it. Also I already have a tuner.
-
Dude, slow down Your timing's pretty much fine for the rest of it, so why so fast in the riff?
Haha, to be honest I haven't really thought much about it, it have just felt right playing it. But you've got a point. However I did feel that the timing was abit off in the solo.

I thought I´d post my Stockholm Syndrome here, just to see what you think
I know im making a few mistakes, but I've only been playing guitar for around 18 months so bear with me
-
Any excuse to post this.
F*ck that sounded beefy... It's about time it made a return.
-
Clock M?
I'd bet there was just as many at the rest of the entrances.
-
The whole of Absolution. Still love if after all these years, and I've gained a new appreciation for Chris and Dom's playing on Stockholm Syndrome and TODA.
+1
Although I don't really agree with Chris' playing in SS, it's pretty generic imo. But Dom on the other hand, his drumming in the verse's is genious, it's so powerful and really lift's the song.
Best Live Performance of any one song

While we're on the topic of album vs live. Is there any live version of Hysteria where the guitar solo sounds better than the album version? There's tons of live versions where the song as a whole is tons better than the album. But the solo always leave me dissapointed, as the album one is amazing. Especially the second arpeggio part.
