God this is boring.
.
-
I knew it was gonna be bad but I wasn't prepared for this. Horrendous. Liked the solo though.
-
Finally listening to the album. I'm on Psycho. Cannot fucking wait to hear Revolt
-
Save yourself the pain and just don't listen to it.
I saw that coming.
-
Reading this but not being able to listen to the album is torture.
-
So it leaked. Shit.
-
I can't wait to hear this live. It will be massive
-
You all must work with younger people... I don't work with anyone who would have gotten that to be offended.
Hell, I don't get it.
Doesn't canuck just mean Canadian or something?
Yes it does. But I still don't like it

every time I see your username I think
"cucked again"
Right-o. I should change it. I don't know what to though

Hilarious!

Absolution.
Absolution has some variety.

Madness isn't bad, but I wouldn't be sad if it never existed is what I'm saying. I would be if Survival or the other 3 tracks I mentioned didn't, however.
Fair enough dude.
Drones is certainly better than T2L at this point for me.
-
Muse do rock best, Madness lacked that characteristic Muse-yness in a lot of ways.
I'm sure most people can agree that Muse's very best songs are mostly "rock". But Muse can make amazing music without being "Musey" all the time, like Madness imo.
-
We're talking about good tracks here. Solid rock/technical ones that are worth not deleting.
I think that's the best summary of Muse's OTT classical/symphonic period in one rock song. Songs that are good snapshots of Muse at a point in time tend to be memorable to me. I still think T2L has some fantastic songs (Survival, Animals, Unsus, Isolated System) but as an album it will never stand up to the rest because of its mixtape syndrome. IMO the four tracks I mentioned were successful explorations of untreaded territory while still retaining the Muse element. The other songs felt foreign or ineffective when compared to the success these had in doing the same IMO.
A track does not have to be rock to be good.
In my opinion Madness is still the best song since TR. But The Handler is fucking awesome.

Survival exists.
Madness exists.

iTunes worked for me. Finally.
-
Apple of course.
You're right. I got Reapers right away. This is taking forever.
I heard the song though so it's ok
-
Because they suck.
Muse or Apple?
-
How is this still not on iTunes?
-
Does this remind anyone else of Fury? Sorry, I haven't read the thread, out all day.
Yes

Unbelievable!
