  1. Many thanks Agenthal. are they supposed to send a confirmation email or do they just do that if you're successful? Fingers crossed!
  2. i've just applied for 2 tickets to Glasgow, put in all my details & then the screen sort of froze & nothing was confirmed! I checked my bank & it looks like the money has been debited already....has anyone else had this problem? Not sure now what's happening.
