  1. Yeah I noticed that, and I thought it was great that he moved but was a shame that he couldn't have done the same on the other side as well for another song, but then I guess it may have been limited by the setlist? I think it was UD when he moved?
  2. Yeah definitely! You are totally right - the 360 stage setup was awesome for seeing the band! I couldn't quite believe the view I had considering it was an arena!!
  3. I guess what I meant to say (or maybe explain more clearly) is I think people expect to be jostled around a bit at the very front of a conventional stage, so if you want to jump and dance or are happy for the people around you to do so, then you too would be happy to go to the front. If I go to a gig that I'm not massively into, or don't feel like dancing at, I would hang back a bit. I just think with the 360 stage it kinda mixed people up - between those that like to just stand and those that like to dance. It just didn't feel very collective.
  4. 6 Muse gigs down and I finally got to see my favourite song live!! YUSSSS Citizen Erased! This gig is up there with Exeter Great Hall as my joint favourite now. Bloody EPIC. Considering it was an arena gig we managed to get really close to the front of circular stage, pretty much as close as we did at Exeter (which was tiny) so that was a definite plus to the 360 layout. But... although we were able to get that close the stage configuration seemed to mix die-hard fans with people just there to watch like boring statues. We were moshing like loons alongside people intent on standing dead still and giving us dirty looks. We didnt care, but really?!! If you don't want to jump around and enjoy it SIT THE FUUUUCCCKK DOOOOWWWNNN!!!! (as said famously by Dom in the Slipknot mask...)
  5. Haven't posted on here in yonks, and actually deleted my posts due to an actual psycho stalker...this album is very apt. Ha. Dead Inside 9/10 - Beautiful beautiful vocals. I am totally in love with this song. Psycho 7/10 - Great for having a full-on mosh to, will never forget the energy at Exeter Great Hall when they opened with this! It's still pretty redneck haha... Won't mention the lyrics. Mercy 6/10 It's growing on me. Reapers 9/10 Fucking LOVE this. That is all. The Handler 9/10 Classic Muse at its best. Love the vocal effects in the first verse. Love how dark this one is. Love the bass riff. Vocals are defo more OOS style in this one, hence it is so flipping good. And the guitar solo/build up from 2.20 onwards. Pretty much love everything about this one. Defector 6/10 Not fussed. Although it was stuck in my head this morning, so its defo catchy. Queen innit. Like the JFK speech too. Revolt 5/10 This could definitely be in a musical.... proper cheesy. Aftermath 6/10 Music is good, nice to listen to, lyrics are vomit inducing. The Globalist 8/10 This reminds me of War of the Worlds. Actually a lot of the album does. NOT Citizen Erased pt2 in any way shape or form. But it stands on its own. The drum build up in the second part (5.25 onwards) are very System of a Down, like that tribal sound. Cool and again there's that epic, musical soundscape style... Drones 5/10 Yeah... this is just really the end of the Globalist right? But they didn't want to end on 11 tracks especially when essentially 2 of the 12 already aren't songs... Overall Album: 8/10
  6. Holy s**t balls. This song is amazing. I never post on here, but just needed to announce it somewhere...
