Country is like that to me, too. It's a genre i won't ever be a fan of, but i could probably find a song or two that I like.
The thing I find funny about rap is the message of the songs. More than half of the rappers that rap about the "struggle" and the "hard life" are actually rich as hell. I mean, 50 Cent has his own freaking VIDEO GAME .
screamo... emo's way of acting tough
I heard Muse for the first time on one of the stations WMP11 had when Urge was still there. Now it's Crunch radio on VH1.com. They played TIRO two years back and it just caught my attention. It literally was unlike any other song i've heard. It pretty much got me into music. It took me a few months before I got my first muse album, though. the CD/DVD version of BH&R. The Absolution DVD is what sealed my fate as a muse fan
I listen to a variety of bands. I'm open to anything, really. To name a few: Bloc Party, Kasabian, Rage, RCHP, John Mayer Trio, Avenged Sevenfold, and some Dream Theater. Yeah, it's kind of weird putting John Mayer right by Avenged Sevenfold.
So, how did you get into Muse and what all do you listen to?
