I'm not sure if it's the same for every state, but for MN you have to take driver's ed when you're about 14-15 which is a 2-week long class that lasts about 3 hours and after those 2 weeks are up you take a written permit test. if you pass that you have to take driving hours with an instructor, i think up to 6? and have your permit for at least 6 months. Then when you turn 16 you can take your road test to get your license, and if you pass that, you can drive!
So Uni is basically a different type of college then? And Sixth Form sounds a lot like being a Junior and Senior in high school a lot more free time but you have to pass all these tests in order to move on to college. Like the ACT or SAT. They're qualifications too, so kind of like your GCSE exams it sounds like?
How old do you have to be to drive? Or legally drink or smoke even lol
And I could never imagine driving on the left side of the road, that would be so odd:LOL:
