We have a town called Stirling here, too. Where I live, it doesn't rain much in summer compared to the East Coast. Perth (Western Australia) is apparently the sunniest city here.

We have had one of the worst summers,rain rain and more rain. Bring your waterproof jacket lol. Id love to go anywhere in australia, every australian ive met has been very friendly. Make sure you visit Stirling when you some over!

I'd only go to Scotland in summer, I am allergic to the cold! I I were you, I'd start with Victoria or Canberra, where it's less hot. Humid climate exist along New South Wales and Queensland. I am unsure about South Australia, Northern Territory is apparently dry. Western Australia has mixed environments because it's so big! Generally, it's dry heat, but down south where most people live, it's like Greece style weather.
