    Ohh there was like a sign on the wall telling you how to do it. So yeah I did shower first, and you stay in for 8-15mins, then walk around, then hose down with cold water (which was kinda funny and horrible haha) then shower normally. Maybe I'm not made for saunas. We were also confused with the attire etiquette :LOL: as in do you go in nude or not haha
