Very similar issue here... I've been a member since 2012, but wasn't able to log in today. After creating a "new" account with the same email address (I know it's the same one, I still have the original account activation email from 2012) it now shows me as having been a member for 20 minutes which means I won't be eligible for the presale code. Can someone please help? Thanks!!

Hi! I've been a member since 2012 (still have my original account activation email to prove it!) and was super excited to get the presale code for the upcoming tour. However, the website refused to accept my email or account name, so I created a "new" account using the same email as suggested in a different thread. Sadly, the "new" account didn't import any of the old settings and shows that it's less than a day old, which means I won't be eligible for the presale code. Can anyone please help? I know for a fact that I'm using the same email as I used before, since I can see it in my original 2012 email. Thanks!
